Southpointe Family Dental

My experience with Nebraska Family Dentistry (Southpointe Dental) has been highly favorable. The office personnel, hygienists and dentists are all very professional and personable. My children and grandchildren have also had very positive experiences with Southpointe Dental and recommended that I consider them for my dental care. The NFT website is well-designed, easy to navigate, and contains helpful patient information. Overall, this is an exceptional dental practice!

Dr. Joyce and her staff took excellent care of me when I came in with terrible tooth pain. The staff and Dr. were extremely caring and helpful and arranged their schedule to get me in, in a timely manner. From the front office to the assistants and staff in the back, I was comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Love this dentist office and its flexibility! It's so close to my house and they have several locations around town so when I moved to the south side, it was very easy to transfer... I didn't have to do a thing. They're really great with reminders and the staff is always really friendly and personable. They stay on top of things and are genuine - not out to get you! They really want what's best for their patients and will get you in and out in no time. You won't be disappointed.

I've been going to Nebraska Family Dentistry for the last couple years. I have nothing but glowing things to say. Professional, pleasant staff. Comfortable environment. I feel well cared for while I'm there.

The staff is amazing. Very courteous and professional. They make the appointments enjoyable and relaxing. You can see that they actually care about your well being and you teeth. Sydney is an amazing dentist and is always very informative about the situations. Highly recommend South Pointe Dental!

Really disappointed. Went to them knowing I needed dentures, top only and maybe a partial on the bottom. The doc came in, told me my only choice was hybrid overdentures. Which cost over $20,000 and no insurance covers that. Plus, an additional $8k for the oral surgeon to pull all of my teeth, plus $18k+ for the 10 implants required to hold the hybrid in place. I'm part of the working class, so I don't have $46k just sitting around. (I wasn't looking for 'cheap', but "reasonably priced to achieve the most functional" option) However, they were unwilling to do dentures cuz "all economy dentures don't last and just age people due to the rapid bone loss". Even tho, after almost begging the receptionist for a more modest solution, their charge for "cosmetic dentures" was over 6k, not including the oral surgeon. ($14k total) I left there totally stunned, and then shocked again when they charged my insurance company $650 dollars for 4 x-rays and a consult fee. (For a 15 minute chat with the doc) Kinda seemed they were way more concerned about making money than actual patient care. Yes, they were polite and, obviously, quite efficient at handling any insurance billing. I just didn't realize they were only catering to the elite demographic.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were in and out of there within an hour. Had my wife's crown reglued with no pain. Aspen wanted her to wait 12 days for an appointment. We highly recommend Southpoint!

Overall great experience! The staff is very kind. My tech was Liz and she performed my deep cleaning, efficient and detailed. Dr. Sidney is very patient focused and take the time to help ease patients. I was very nervous about my treatment plan and Dr. Sidney dissolved all worries.

Have been a long time patient and would highly recommend this dental office. Dr Sydney, Elvira and the rest of the staff go above and beyond every time. The standard of care and professionalism is fantastic. They are also super friendly every time I visit and really put you at ease. Highly recommend!
