South Lincoln Family Dentistry

I needed a crown reseated at the last minute on a FRIDAY and my regular dentist couldn’t fit me in until Tues. I called South Lincoln just because they were near my house. They got me in and I wasn’t even a patient of theirs. They treated me so well and gave me a plan for permanently fixing my issue, wrote up a report about how my dental insurance pays out in simple terms and I got so much attention and care, I’m changing dentists permanently.

I just want to share my experience with Dr. Albin and her team. I had some dental work done last week. Things have changed so much since I’ve had some work done. This team is very kind, considerate, and very accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable and knew everything that was going on. They are very good teachers and professionals. I have a bad phobia of dentist. I was very at ease with these guys. They are such kind, sweet souls, that do amazing at their craft. I have suggested these gals to my co workers and family. Dr. Albin and her staff are amazing people.

As soon as you walk in, the staff is so warm and welcoming. There’s upbeat music playing and the place is so clean. My assistant Lily took good care of me and was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable. Dr. Bergman is both professional, personable, kind, and positive! The whole staff answers all your questions and does an amazing job at organizing everything for you. Very professional and very positive staff. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The staff is very professional, friendly and highly competent. They filled some cavities and I can't imagine how the experience could have been better.

I love South Lincoln Family Dentistry! It's like going to see friends when you walk in for your appointment. They remember you by name and are attentive to your needs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new dentistry care!

From the moment you walk in the office you are greeted with smiles and helped right away. Dr. Bergman and her dental assistants are caring and very knowledgeable. The dentist isn’t my favorite place to go, but Dr. Bergman made the experience relaxed, quick, and performed wonderful work.

Dr. Bergman is great! She is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and makes sure her patients are comfortable. I will definitely be returning to South Lincoln Family Dentistry. The staff there are all helpful, professional, and value quality. The front staff even took the time to call my work to get my dental insurance coverage information and then explained all my benefits to me + what to expect for my next visit (payment wise). Dr. Bergman's office is also a high tech office- I was able to view before/after photos of my dental cleaning, which was very neat to see! Thank you again for your time and care!!

Unfortunately there is no option for zero star, all they care is to get money out of you and your insurance, I went to these guys with absolute no pain, they talked me into a unnecessarily crown and I had over a months of horrible pain and all they suggested was pain reliefs and the Doctor didn’t even care to talk to me! I ended up doing root canal for that tooth somewhere else. Not recommended at all!!!

Entire experience was very professional and pleasant. The cleaning was thorough and efficient, and my gums have improved. I also like to park at the door and walk right in. Definitely a five star experience!

Dr. Albin is the best. She’s attentive, kind, and was always concerned with my well-being/ pain levels/ comfort levels. I hate the dentist a little less because of her, and highly recommend this office. Front desk staff, assistants- Brittany and Brandon, and Dr. Albin are all a delight.
