Soap, Full Service Laundry

The facility is clean, inviting, and hospitable. I definitely like it here. You can pay with card, coin, or take money out of the ATM. There’s plenty of space to chill and to fold.

We love taking our comforters into Soap to have them cleaned. The staff is always awesome to work with. Then the soap laundry detergent squares are the best thing ever.

Love this place! I bring my over-sized bedding items, so I don't have to deal with it at home. I also pick up my Tru Earth laundry strips here (they beat the store prices!). Machines take payment through an app and the whole experience is just so easy!

Good place, clean, the staff are fabulous, and the location is very convenient. There's a mix of card and coin operated machines. They have the most reasonable prices in town for full service laundry too, it saves me so much time. I drop it off and can pick it up when it's done, I'm not drowning in the constant wave of laundry anymore.

Came in here for the first time because my washer and dryer werent working. The lady Cynthia working here was very friendly, attentive and helpful. She deserves a raise.

The lady that usually works there during the week is super nice every time I go in. When i go to do laundry she gives helpful tips to everyone. The only thing is sometimes using the app to pay for the machines will glitch out on me but it usually works out. It's nice to come do laundry, run some errands, or even stay there and study while i wait. It also has my fav coffee shop right next door as well for an added bonus.

Nice and clean, lots of heavy duty machines with different prices and load sizes, free parking, friendly staff, takes credit cards, distanced seating available (even during Covid), food and drink allowed. Felt very safe (as a small young female I’m always wary of laundromats in downtown areas). Only downside: prices are a little on the high side ($2.50-$11.50 per load washers, $.25-$1 per minute dryers). The door says they take Apple Pay but I didn’t see any machines that did. Coffee shop next door is convenient but they are only doing drive through (in my case, “walk through”) currently. Tons of smoothie choices and standard coffee choices, standard pricing.

Business hours are not their actual business hours if you're not a regular with a pin code for the door. I was new to town and wanted to try this place since my apartment doesn't have a washer or dryer, arrived at 8am (an hour after their listed business hours) only to find that I couldn't get in without a pin to the door. Not a very good practice if they want to attract new customers.

I like this laundromat a lot but seen something this morning that concerned me. The girl working is always nice and hard working. I used to see her a lot months ago but haven’t seen her in a while until this morning. I overheard a upsetting conversation about this girls work performance and her tips she got. As a hard working business man I know these type of workers are NEEDED and valued at my business and to see her walk out over the issue had me heartbroken because I could see she likes working there but felt her frustration due to not being appreciated. I followed her to her car and had a chat. I told her I would leave a review for the owner because I understood how she felt. I’ve lost a lot of employees over the years due to not seeing the value an employee would bring to my business. The man that upset her was very uncaring and seemed to talk to this woman as if she was a little child needing guidance, but I seen her work and I know she is a good worker and business savvy. (An asset in any business) The place was very clean and she even had some nice music playing that put me in a good mood while doing laundry. I hope to see her again and hope the owner don’t lose an employee that seems to really love her job, I know how hard it is to find an employee that loves their work as much as I do.

I went here to do one load of laundry while waiting on my new washer to arrive. Cynthia was working and was so friendly! She gave me tips for more efficient use of the machines to save me money - these tips will also help me at home. The facility was clean and doors were secure. I will not hesitate to go again, should the need arise.
