SISU is such a beautiful space, and so clean! As a first time customer, the online appointment booking was so easy and convenient . Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable! My stylist completely exceeded my expectations for my cut and balayage! I couldn’t be be happier!

I am writing this review as a former regular customer at Sisu salon. I am writing in disappointment with how this salon has been managed in the year and a half of being a client to my sister who no longer works there due to the most toxic environment someone could possibly work in. Unfortunately I have seen not only my sister but all the girls that have worked at Sisu not only quit because it was emotionally, mentally and physically taxing, but I’ve also seen them loose their passion and drive for the hair industry because of the environment the owner (Anna) created for them. Each time I would get my hair done in the salon the owner was rarely ever there, which was the only time I ever saw the girls smile, laugh and feel proud of their work. Anytime the owner was there I never saw the girls smile or have fun, it seemed as if she sucked the life out of the room. My sister was always physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted from working at Sisu and it broke my heart to see. She never felt supported, this is NOT a work environment anyone deserves to be in. 5 stylists quit this year which speaks volumes about the work environment here.

I've been to 5 other salons in Lincoln trying to find someone to do my hand-tied extensions. I moved here from Colorado a year ago and after a year of struggle I found a place to take care of my hair. Sisu is it. My extensions look and feel like when my denver stylist did them. Its perfect. And this spot is too cute and the stylist really nice.

Anna is an amazing stylist! I travel an hour to see her because I know my hair is in good hands! She truly cares about the salon and does a wonderful job educating her staff and clientele. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I love Sisu! The ambiance is adorable. I highly recommend Abby for cut & balayage. My sister and mom also get their hair done with her! Don’t sleep on this place. ✨

I have been going to Anna for 16 years and have complete confidence in her and her staff to make my hair look great every time. She always gives me great color recommendations. I have never left the salon without complete satisfaction. Her salon is always clean and her staff professional. Always a pleasant experience.

Anna did an amazing job on my color and extensions! She really listened to what I wanted - and then did exactly what I asked for. Anna understands this industry and is committed to continued education. To me, this screams that she has passion for her craft and loves what she does to help others LOOK and FEEL amazing. She is a wonderful leader to the other stylists in her salon as well as a great human and local business owner. I’m incredibly grateful for the time she commits to take care of all of her clients!

I have been going to Sisu for a few years. After trying so many salons in Lincoln, I appreciate that I expect get consistently reliable service and experience from Anna and the staff, no matter who does my hair or my daughter’s (Yes! They do kids’ cuts too!! ) my daughter was treated so special by Taylor, it felt like a spa day, and the kid cut prices are very reasonable! I like that I can explain what I want without having to be the expert in the industry. Anna helped me find the perfect color for my complexion without it be “too” anything, not too dark, too light, too red, etc. Just all around excellent experiences every single time!

I went to Abby from a recommendation by my daughter. I was thoroughly impressed with her work! My cut and color was exactly what I asked for and she took the time to make sure everything was perfect. She has a serenity about her that is comforting and relaxing. I've continued to go back, and I cannot say enough positive things about her. Love the atmosphere at Sisu and would recommend any of the stylists I've observed!
