My alteration was completed well and in a timely manner. I liked the online scheduling feature. I was quite disappointed with the hours of operation. I drove across town for my alteration. I had to plan my day around picking up my dress. When I arrive at 3:15 on Thursday, there was a sign on the door that said “Gone on break!” We’ll be back by 4:10.” I called the number for the business and who I assume was the owner said she left for lunch and pick up her kid from school. I could have waited 5-10 minutes, but 45 mins to an hour is too long. The following day I had to miss 25 minutes of work to pick my dress up after my lunch break since the shop didn’t open until 1pm on Friday. I was given a 10% discount which amounted to just over $1 on my $12 bill. Overall, I was pleased with the alteration, but I will not be returning due to the issues I experienced with the picking up my dress. If you live or work in the Air Park Area and have the flexibility to go to the shop multiple times it’s a good option for you.

Susan is awesome, she is kind and personable, and does an excellent job for a very reasonable price. She's worked on two of my formal dresses now (one a chiffon bridesmaid dress, the other a velvet evening gown). I 10/10 recommend going to her for your alterations! She is on the far side of Lincoln, but it's worth the drive to entrust your garments to someone who does excellent work.

Suzy is in a league of her own when it comes to alterations. I've had her alter shirts, pants (hems, seam rips, & holes), my wedding gown, ao dai, bridesmaids' dresses, and she even made my ring bearer pillow and garter out of extra fabric from my wedding gown. I used Saylor Sewing for my wedding dress and Susan did a PHENOMENAL job. I had friends and family comment on the Alterations that were completed and what a phenomenal job Susan did. Would recommend to others in a heartbeat!!! She showed my Matron of Honor how to bustle too! Just an overall phenomenal experience!!
