I always have a great experience at Sapphire. Nancy is one of my favorite nail artist. She is very detail oriented and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend to anyone who wants to splurge a little on their nails. The price is worth it because they give you good quality nails.

Do you notice that they only reply to the good reviews ? I as a business owner will reply to ALL comments, if it’s something we need to work on I would love to know . It’s rude to simply ignore people’s reviews who weren’t happy with their service .. as long as it wasn’t distasteful and rude . I have rescheduled my pedicure and fill more than once, (I run 2 business here in Lincoln so I can’t always make my apts) I have part timers call in last minute so I have to go into my stores. I was told “sure, but keep your appointments next time” excuse me? I’ll just go somewhere else… I have the decency to at least let u know verses just not showing up. I could have just done that. For all the times I go in for an appointment and I’m not even seen until 20-30 minutes past , I’m sure you’re busy enough to fill in my pedicure time slot that I can’t make … they expect you to keep appointments but they can’t even do that for you. The work is good, but there are plenty of others that are good too. I know 2 nail techs who have quit both within 2 weeks of each other. It’s just a toxic environment.

I've been here twice before. Acrylic nails and it was awful. Tried the pedi a few weeks later amd was better. The chair was awesome and toes good. Haven't been back for a few years and needed pedi so went after work. Got me in, however, the chair was just ok and I chose the $35 pedi with shellac...+$15...good with that. There was NO massage of legs or foot..just the scrub and hot towels. Not going back again and not recommending as the staff was loud and very obnoxious. $51 for a pedi. I've never had one without massage...even the basic one gives massage! Thats what a pedi is all about!

First time going to get my nails done sense I moved from Arizona I was so scared honestly great service!!! Love it will be coming back ❤️❤️

I absolutely loved my experience. They were very clean and sanitary. Tom did my pedicure he was very good. I had good conversation with him and I didn't feel like he rushed through my service. He was very detailed. I truly appreciated it. Nicki did my daughter's acrylics. She also did a very good job 10/10 would recommend.

Best nail salon in lincoln!! So precise and detail oriented. Very willing to work with you on any design and are super fun and nice and all have specialties!!! Emily and Uyen were amazing! Go here every time!!

Amazing! The staff was so friendly! Mia, the technician who did my nails, was so nice! She did a great job on my nails! They were reasonably priced and she spend a lot of time making sure they were perfect! I would definetly recommend getting your nails done here!

Lisa was absolutely incredible. I’ve never had someone shape my nails so perfectly. She took so much time making sure my acrylics were even. Usually they come out a bit uneven on some nails but they’re perfect. Couldn’t recommend her or this salon more!!

Nancy did a great job! Everybody in the salon was so kind and cared for their customers well. I was offered a beverage throughout my service and always felt well taken care of. My nails look amazing, they are stunning! My experience here was perfect and I’ll definitely be going back. Every tech there seemed to do a wonderful job, Nancy did mine and her work was beautiful! She was so sweet too!!

Went in with dip powder on my nails that needed to be removed. Mia filed off the top layers but did not soak the remaining product off - you could still see the color from previous product and the line of growth. She used so much product to cover the existing, the dip would not dry. It was crumbling under the file and she just kept building the product and putting activator on. I pointed out the missing color on the sides of my nails where she filed too much off (exposing my natural nail) and her response was “i will cover with polish”. I also asked for coffin shaped nails, she filed my nails so short and then boxed them out - still paid for the special shaping. Lastly, she was yanking and twisting my fingers and brushing my nails off so aggressively. Would not wear a mask and was coughing, sniffling, and wiping her nose on the back of her arm. Uncomfortable. Oo, she was also working on her own nails while my nails were under the blue light (to help the dip dry). Overall, not worth the money paid and wish i would have walked out.
