Sam's Club

Sam's club never let's me down. They usually have everything that I need and plenty of stuff that I don't need. I will always be a member. I like certain things in bulk like toilet paper 🧻, paper towels etc. Etc. I like COSTCO also but I choose SAMS over them. …

I just love Sam's club they are way better than Costco in my opinion other people may not agree with me but I've been the boast doors and flying that Sam's club is a lot nicer friendlier store to go to Although they do send me a monthly ad They also have a good gas prices they always have things in stock I always take advantage of being a plus member because being a plus member you do get money back and that's how I pay for my membership so it's basically worth it to be a plus member

Automotive department sucks. I called three times somebody answered and was putting me on hold without even telling me if Walmart manager Sams club manager can’t see this message. Please let them know. Thank you.

Store is nice, but the food court is pretty bad. It seems to always be understaffed and don't have much of what they offer available usually.

People walking around this store seem to have no concept that their are other people in the store also, they just stop anywhere, not looking around that maybe someone has a cart behind them? Just like aimless cattle wandering! Depending on what day you go also dictates if what your looking for is available?

Good luck getting ahold of anyone here. Called to check availability of a product and was placed on hold for exactly 21minutes 25seconds before i decided enough was enough and hung up because no one here can pick up their phone. So then i called back and asked to speak with their manager and the guy answering the phone kept wanting to know why i needed to speak with a manager and couldnt just talk to him about what was going on. all said and done it took near 30 minutes to find out if they had a product in stock. I could have drove there, found out for myself, and been home in less time.

Buying anything in bulk this is the place, Lots of choices so make sure you have time to brouse.

Great shopping experience as always. Great prices for size you get. And it's always fun when you run across their little bonus deals.

Chris at customer service was VERY PATIENT!!! Chris was kind and explained things to me about the phone (card) so I can use it without getting frustrated. I wish all employees could be as nice as him. Thank you again Chris😁 …

This is the second time in one week that I have come to this place attempting to buy a large pepperoni pizza and the second time I have been told that all they have is cheese. If the people working here are unable or unwilling to keep the products that they advertise available for consumers to purchase then they need to change their advertisements or fire and replace the people they currently have working here, I never had this problem at the sams club in San Antonio. Management should be ashamed.
