This place is AMAZING! After trying a drug store box color, I ended up with yellowish / orange hair and didn't even want to leave my house it looked so bad! I called Salon Deja Vu the next morning (Saturday) and explained what happened and they told me to come in. I had no appointment and they found time to work on my hair. Brooke (the stylist) worked a miracle on my hair and was able to get rid of all of the yellow/orange brassy tones to achieve a very nice ashy color that I was going for. To top it off, she recommended a conditioning treatment due to the amount of processing on my hair and my hair looks and feels INCREDIBLE! Brooke took her time and even had a couple of appointments come in while I was there and took care of her customers while my hair was processing! I am so happy with the results and thankful for Salon Deja Vu for taking such good care of me! I really think Brooke is a color magician! Will be returning there as a regular customer :-)

Came into this salon to get my hair colored and it turn into a disaster. The stylist was nice but her skills were not good at all. Showed the stylist the exact color I wanted and even showed her a picture of the look I wanted. She was so sure she could get that color and look. Well I didn’t get anything that I asked for. Seems like she mixed the dye and I got a complete different color than what I asked for. Instead of offering to fix my hair they offered a discount. Money wasn’t an issue. Obviously I knew the style I wanted would be expensive if I wanted to have a cheap look I would’ve used box dye. Totally unprofessional who would let a client walk out a salon without even trying to fix the color. If the stylist couldn’t do it she should’ve said something. At this point wasted half my day end up paying for something I didn’t want. I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all because they are okay with messing up a clients hair it seems like.

Color correction. My friend and I thought it would be a great idea to color my hair. It was a mess. lol I was referred to Emily. Thank God! Super sweet woman!! What a wonderful place to go. Everybody smiled! Was so nice to see smiles! Emily was easy to talk to, she explained everything so well! I am so happy, such a big difference! Wow!! Emily did an excellent job! Now I can actually go out in public 😂 If I could give Emily 10 stars, I would. She really knew her colors, and what would look good on my face. Extremely knowledgeable! The color is beautiful! My favorite salon! Hannah is my go-to and she always leaves me with my dream hair. I live in kearney but drive 2 1/2 hours to come here because the service is spectacular and the results are more than worth it.

I had an appointment with Brook who exceeded my expectations! I have been in the process of embracing my grays—or sparkles as Brook calls them. She was able to blend my new growth seamlessly. I actually live in the Twin Cities, MN but was visiting Lincoln folks. This salon and Brook were worth the 6 hour drive!
