Lounge was nice staff was friendly at this location, as someone who does interior cleaning I’d have to rate it a 2.5 a lot of missed spots missed on the carpet and the Ebrake area was completely missed.

Everything about this Carwash was amazing from the wash itself to the interior clean cleaning staff. The manager lane was amazing and also assisted me with any questions or concerns i may have had. My experience with them is amazing and also top tier! If it was 100 stars; it’d be 100 for me. Great Job Rocket Carwash on Village Dr. Guaranteed success going forward.💯

Great experience! No worries of wheel damage. Awesome members lounge with hot coffee/latte, drying towels, tire shine, spray scents as well as compressed air drying and super strong vacuums with two tools to choose from. Love the longer hours open and to wash as well. Very impressed so far with Rocket Wash!!!

Best carwash in Nebraska, not crazy expensive and you get quite a good amount of features. Underneath washes, vacuums, mat cleaning, you name it. Staff is pretty friendly and quick too. I also haven’t heard of any car damage happening here. Highly recommend this car wash.

The people are friendly, the monthly rate for unlimited washes is very fair, and they do a good job washing MOST cars. However, I have a soft-top convertible, and the brushes just skipped over the top of my car, leaving lots of dirt and dust still. It was very easy to cancel, and it does a great job on cars and a trucks.

My son got me a month's subscription as a gift. What a great experience! This exterior wash was so much better than any I've experienced before. The interior cleaning made my car feel like a new car! Seriously. New car smell, shine, and feel. Even the tires are shiny! And I had free, fancy coffee in the members' lounge while the interior was being cleaned. Great experience!

This is a very clean and nice looking wash from the outside, which is why I decided to give it a shot. First, the associates that greet you when you drive up put way too much pressure on you to sign up for a membership. You have to say no several times. I do not fault them, but rather the management that encourages that behavior. Second, I opted for a wash that treats my wheels & tires. MISTAKE! Not only did the wash only get 3/4 of each tire (so 1/4 was matte and the rest glossy, which looks exceedingly dumb) but it also sprayed that sealant along the side of the truck, which is very difficult to remove. Do better, Rocket Carwash

WOW. Rocket Carwash shot it out of this world!! Let me be clear: I love my car washes. It’s the stuff I live for. We came from the west coast where there is no shortage of amazing car washes. Coming to Lincoln was more unimpressed with my options. I tried them all. ALL. Every. Single. One. I’ll be honest, with a car full of kiddos I need a wash that gets the job done and offers on site interior cleaning supplies. All the facilities we tried lacked proper supplies and the vacuums, well… they sucked, but not in a good way. Then, on a whim, we went through Rocket Carwash off 40th and Old Cheney by Hy-Vee. Not only were we treated so kindly by the staff, we were THRILLED with the wash provided. My car actually came out CLEAN! A far cry from the other places we visited in town. What a breath of fresh air. If I’m in a hurry, I don’t have to worry about drying the windshield to prevent spots because the roll brush at the end of cycle does it for me! Plus, there’s adequate supplies, towels, an air hose to dry the vehicle, and vacuums that actually suck in a good way! 💯 We recently added our 15 passenger van AND added the interior detailing where the awesome staff does all the work for you. Not to mention, you get free coffee, cappuccino, or hot chocolate! Do yourself a favor and give it try! You just might fall in love like we have!
