Residence Inn by Marriott Lincoln South

This is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The staff is fantastic! The whole place is spotlessly clean. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. They had a happy hour that the hotel provided wine, beer and, pizza. The guests including me gathered in the court yard. A great stay. If you are in the Lincon area this is the hotel you need to book. Wonderful, wonderful! I will stay here again. Room rates are reasonable. Everything you need for a night or a month stay is provided. Five stars!

Very frustrating stay as their definition of handicap accessible isn't very user friendly. Could only see 2 parking spaces located a long way from the entrance is enough. The accessible rooms were located a long, long way from the elevator making it very challenging for someone with mobility issues. Inside the room....well many, many grab bars in the step over the side tub and the capability to roll up to the sink isn't enough for everyone. Just wish places like this would consult with actual handicap people in the building stage. Glad to hear there are more than 2 parking spaces but wondering now if they are even further from the entrance as we didn't see them.

This is a five star experience at a very reasonable cost! We love this hotel, and we were really impressed with the new cleaning protocol. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are stocked with extra towels. The kitchen is nice and has everything a family would need for meals. The breakfast offers a wide variety of good items each morning. Five stars for the pool too! The water is a great temperature, and the pool isn't too deep (3 ft at each end and 4 ft in the middle). It's perfect for kids to play and splash around, and there are staircases on each side for pool entry. Highly recommend!

After booking our room and receiving a confirmation, we arrived to hear there is no room for us. Overbooking is absolutely ridiculous. They make money and take advantage of their customers.

After a long day in the heat, we came back to a clogged shower drain, clogged kitchen sink (disposal would not work), and a shower head with half of the holes blocked. Upon speaking to the night person they said they could either put in a work order for the next morning or we could switch rooms (although we'd already tried to get another room prior to our stay and were assured the hotel was completely full). With two kids already asleep in our room we showered with water inching upwards on us as the water slowly came out of the shower head. The next night upon our return to the hotel, thankfully the shower was draining, but the other two issues they'd said would be addressed were not. Upon discussing a credit or getting our room comped for at least one night, I was told only the manager can do that (they must get a lot of complaints since only one person is empowered with this authority and doesn't work weekends). Upon calling said manager after we returned home, she implied that since we were given the option to switch rooms we could've had a "different experience" if we had chosen that option. She took no responsibility about the issues not being addressed and that the issues must've just accrued and we were the unfortunate ones to deal with them. Not the kind of Marriott experience we expected whatsoever -- but it was clearly our fault lol Good luck if you decide to stay here with your family. We won't be back.

My husband, kids and I were here for about 5-6 weeks while our house was being built and we loved it! All of the staff were very friendly, professional and nice…especially Sundae, Helen, the lady with the long braid, maintenance man, and people who prepared our food. (Sorry, I can’t remember everyone’s names now). The pool, jacuzzi, hotel room, meeting room, laundry facility, gym and prepared meals were so great! Even though we were there for a while, the food never got old. We are grateful to have had a nice play to stay with such welcoming staff and sanitary/clean accommodations. It was nice being walking distance to restaurants and playgrounds as well. Also, very huge thank you to Tye, whom we didn’t get a chance to meet, but was so kind to help us with our accommodations there as well! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Loved our stay at Residence Inn. Our room was spotless when arriving with a very home-like feel. They are pet friendly which was great so we could bring our dog. The breakfast choices were amazing with so much to choose from including fresh strawberries. Will definitely be staying again!

It was pleasant place to stay. Nice room nice pool and hot tub and I enjoyed the breakfast omelet.
