Quality Inn & Suites

Not good. I arrived at midnight to find that my room door was propped open, so anyone could have walked in. The room was mostly clean, except for some old soap wrapper left on the floor. Starting after 8am I was woken up by housekeeping every hour, even after I'd asked them to wait. There was no Don't Disturb sign to leave on the door, so if you stay here, consider making your own handwritten note. I won't be coming back.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The initial room I was given (I believe Room 218) was not accessible; the key worked but the door would not open. I don’t know if it was stuck or somehow locked from the inside, but I had to ask for another room. The person at the front desk was apologetic and assigned me a new room immediately. Room 220 was clean upon check in, the sheets, pillows, and blankets on the bed were all satisfactory. The desk chair was broken and in poor shape, and the floor under the shower was very creaky and was uneven, like the flooring underneath might be in rough shape. Upgrading the desk chair and leveling/improving the flooring under the tub enclosure in this room would be most helpful.

Thought I left my company laptop charger there so I called the hotel the front desk clerk called me back within minutes most hotels don’t call me back as I usually leave something behind so I definitely recommend them . Thank you for all your effort very clean rooms as well

Room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located in close proximity to the college and eating places.

There were NO fans in the bathroom and the bathroom was very dirty. The sink sprayed water everywhere and there was no getting around the high pressure that came out so it made a complete mess. …

Room was terrible. Stains on the carpet, mattress was broken down and worn out. Switch had been replaced in bathroom but they neglected to put a switch in for the exhaust fan. Looked at the couch and was not about to sit on it. Atleast the sheets were clean and the door locked securily. The only two pluses.

We were going to be arriving late¿the front desk waited until 11pm for us to arrive and made sure we got settled in. The room was very clean, comfortable and there was breakfast in the morning. We will be staying again the next time we travel thru!

The bad reviews have to be from perfectionist. This hotel is clean with an excellent staff. Great value for the money.

This location is definitely aging. It was sufficient for a passing through visit. The rooms were clean, despite the aging building. It is a place where I keep my shoes on until I get into bed. Prices at all the hotels were high for the time we were driving through, so it's what I'd expect, but not what I'd prefer.

Front desk crew were great. Ven did a great job sorting out our 3 room , 3 day request with 1 room to 1 day.
