This Planet Fitness is a nice place to workout and has a great culture. The staff is attentive and they always hi to me. I am giving three stars because the WiFi only works 10% of the time and Verizon only gets service on the very north side of the building which makes it hard for me to listen to music while I workout. Also, you can tell some of the machines have been used for years and they should be replaced.

Excellent atmosphere....very inclusive and unintimidating. I am a big lady and I felt none of those "pings" that tend to come with a new gym, new equipment, etc. The staff was super friendly and led me through my first time there, perfectly...answering all my questions almost before I even thought of them. My one "gripe" would be the showers...and there are some definite issues there (so much so that I left feeling like they were intentional...maybe to discourage showering on site?). The water pressure was barely a trickle, the water got cold after a ridiculously short time, and the floors (once wet by my water droplets) were terrifyingly slippery. The shower facilities are honestly the only reason my score is 4 stars instead of 5, but truly, it was such a drastic contrast to the perfect gym experience I had up to that point, that it needed said. Needless to say, the equipment, the staff, and the atmosphere are top notch and I signed on for a full membership.

Nice basic gym. Open 24 hours most days. Cheaper than most places. Two membership levels. Lowest level covers the weight machines and free weights. In front of the tread mills and other machines are a bank of flat screen TVs. Second level covers the Total Body Experience. It is a horizontal tube with a vibration platform with red light therapy. That level also includes a water massage flat bed and lounge chair. They also have a traditional massage chair. The second level also includes tanning booths. The Total Body Experience is not used by many people. It has been removed by other Planet Fitness location. The current plan is to remove it from this location in a year. I have used it hundreds of times. I don't understand why it is not more popular. Apparently the vibration platform was developed by the Russians for the space program to help with recovery. The United States supposedly picked it up also for their space program. The red light therapy may have been developed by the US space program. There is no UV in the red light. I think the Total Body Experience helps with bone density. I have osteopenia and I like to think it has been helping. The red light therapy I think helps with collagen.

My husband, son and I went to tryout PF. We are not new to working out but clearly new to PF. We asked if we could use a free day pass to try it out, that location doesn’t do those so we paid 15 dollars. We didn’t get a tour or anything. We didn’t even get a welcome to PF, the bathrooms are located here and here and the drinking fountain is located here. We didn’t even get a enjoy your workout, or do you have any questions. We just got, fill out this form and that was it. We walked around searching for everything. I have to admit it wasn’t very welcoming and made me and my family not want to go back. Perception is a lot and my perception was not the best in regards to my visit today.

Clean, friendly, and, laid out well. Would return..no ab slide though!

The cancellation policy at this place is just RIDICULOUS. So I moved away and forgot to cancel my membership before I left. Called in to cancel and was told there's no way to cancel my membership without me coming in ?? NICE! I ended up paying for a long time without using their gym at all. Last week, I had a chance to go back to Lincoln to come in and cancel it. Turns out there's another clause in the policy saying you have to cancel 7 days before the payment date otherwise you will still be charged for the next billing cycle. All in all, they try SO HARD to take money from you even when you DON'T use the service at all. Stay away from this gym!

It’s always so nice and clean. It never smells besides the good kind. The staff lady is extremely nice over night too.

My go-to gym. Laid back feeling but full of gym goers of all ages, which makes me feel comfortable when in there. Good equipment and nice staff, never had to wait for any machines.

Very clean facility. Staff was friendly and greeted me upon entering. Nice low crowd level early Saturday morning. Nice sunrise as I exited too.
