Pine Ridge Dental

I'm with Gina Kelzer. I've been seeing Dr. Tom Tetrick and the Pine Ridge Dental Group's staff for 30 years and just moved to Sioux City and will miss the outstanding services I have received there. The fine service begins upon entering the front door with Barb B. and colleagues who keep things on schedule and create a fine atmosphere for scheduling, billing etc.

Dr. Kevin and all staff members were very conscientious and empathetic. This has been the most positive dental experience I have ever had and I have had many! The prices quoted were accurate or less. I was also seen at the appointment time with no waiting😊 …

I have debated whether or not to post a review as I do like some of the people that work there. The girls upfront do a good job, but I think they are overworked and under appreciated. I switched over to Pine ridge Dental because they are in-network with my insurance. The place looks very nice, but I felt like it was all about the money. Get in and get out. I had my cleaning a few months ago and as I walking out of the office, part of my tooth fell out! The hygienist had chipped my tooth during her cleaning. It’s the tooth right next to my front two teeth, and I assure you there was nothing wrong with it! I whole-heartedly believe she knew she chipped it but left it alone in hopes no one would notice, At least until I was king gone. When I turned around and asked about it, The front help went back to ask the Dr. (Dr. Rich) I was told that if it’s not bothering me it will be ok until my next visit. Well they had no clue there wouldn’t be a next visit! My husband was scheduled to have some dental work done and he, too, was a new patient. I cancelled all our upcoming appointments and will now have to have my chipped tooth fixed somewhere else.

Great place! Easy to schedule appointments, staff is super helpful and nice. Been going here since I was 13 and I've never been disappointed going here.

Dr. Augustine is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He is so caring, takes the time to explain things and does great work.

I have been going to the Edgewood location for over 15 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. I am always treated with respect & professionalism. At one point I had a tooth split open and expose the nerve on a Saturday evening. I called on Sunday morning and was met at the office at 8:00 am on Sunday to have the rooth extracted. Dedication is a word that comes to mind with this kind of service.

Cally does a great job and Dr. Kevin was amazing! Following in his mother’s footsteps, he is thorough, gentle and an excellent dentist. I will miss Dr. Fariba but look forward to seeing Dr. Kevin again.

My bridge fell out Friday night. I called at 8 am Saturday and was in a chair by 8:30. Everyone from the person who took my call, Emily the hygienist, and Dr. Brent expressed nothing but concern and empathy for my situation. This may not be big for others, but I have left other dentist offices in tears over similar situations. I will never go to another dentist office again. I left the office with a clear understanding of what to expect and what would be a concern. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

All of the people at Pine Ridge Dental are wonderful. I have been going there for 15 years and while I can not say those years were without pain, the end result has always been first rate! Dr. Micheal is a very very good dentist. I have had extensive dental work done in my life and I am glad the most unpleasant parts of it were done here. Starts out with excellent staff and exam followed by a well thought out treatment plan. They then took care of the insurance mess we all strive to avoid!!! Great job by all!!! Very rare!!!
