there is no reason the betta fish currently on display should have such disgusting water conditions. their cups are covered in algae and look dusty like they re purpose old cups from fish who died. disgusting. do better

not gonna lie im happy someone answered the phone immediatly but i wasnt appreciating the attitude and disrespect that this store has when it comes to one on one contact. i dont expect to be treated above anyone else but i expect the 5 star customer service when i pay over $100.00-$200.00 a month here going on for almost 3 years now. theres the occasional employee that actually makes me not want to talk someones ear off or type these rediculous on how rude most you people are and i am happy a year and a half ago yall didnt accept my job application and i stayed a proud shift lead at Taco Bell. i understand that all of our jobs we go through stuggles specially during rushes i have definetly been there. not only being a customer standing in line but giving the five star service to all customers and going above and beyond to either make there day better wether or not it was already bad. when a customer (me) asks about a certain product that im not sure on i call you guys because yall are supposed to have the answers on YOUR products that you help sell that we as customers buy and how they work and if ya dont know and are in a rush id rather gotten, "theres alot of people here right now at our registers my team needs help, rush typically ends at this time can you please call us back then?" or "honestly how our tags and tag matchine work is....." i called the south location and got a straight to the point sweet and simple answer vs. "we will just refund it", she had no attitude, even told me to have a nice night along with her name. Can yall maybe start helping teaching/re directing your staff on how to answer even the simplest thing of how tags and tag matchines work and even in stressful situations we want to treat customers wether or not they deserve it to be polite and honest. if i can do this at Taco Bell as even a teammember being extremely short staffed and doing a normal rushes with me and one other person (ours sometimes last 3 hours the longest rush ive had was 4-5 hours) im sure that you guys can start at least acting like you LOVE your job, your customers, and want us to have the best experience regardless of whats going on. I do want to say Thank You to the few employees and managers at this store and the department that helps with shipments that go that extra mile for there customers are polite and understanding even if we are stressed and frustrated you made things right and that is what matters.

Great selection, almost always in stock when it comes to my higher end dog foods. I can usually find what I need here when the rest of the town and other random stores I visit are out of stock! Whether that be food, treats, or accessories.

I was told that when I get super worms for my bearded dragon, I should have them counted out. What I found out was that it was a true fact. Whomever counts out the quantity for the tubs, needs to learn how to count. The tub that was supposed to have a quantity of 25 only had 19 and the tub of 50 only had 30. So either the company is intentionally trying to misrepresent what they are selling and trying to charge the customers for something that they are not getting or they are hiring incompetent people.

Good gracious it is always a fight to get anything done at this PetSmart. Just left and I was so embraced and felt like a Karen whole time just trying to use my coupons. One was buy 10 get 2 free and I want to make sure that rang up, cashier was having issues and the manager looked at him and told him to read the screen for directions. And had to explain several times when trying to honor an online price that the price on the screen was with a 15% and the item price needed changed if they’ll honor it. Another instance we tried using store credit and my husband tried explaining the girl didn’t need to worry that she scratched off the PIN that the other location just swiped it and we were snottily told she had done hundreds of store credits. I guess customer service just isn’t a thing anymore

I must admit my visit at this store was beyond professional. My first 3 visits weren't very good, however when I walked in, I was greeted from the left and from the right. When I arrived in aquatics I was immediately greeted. That made me feel very welcomed. A few mins later another associate greeted me and helped me purchase some fish. This is the kind of customer service that will continue to get my business. Thank you very much for caring about all of your customers 😊 😀

This is a great store for all things pet related and a great place to bring your pet (mainly dogs). We bought a cat recently and they were helpful throughout the whole process. They work with the humane society to adopt a pet. Like most stores, you can find better prices online, but you can't beat their customer service and their ability to answer every question you have. I found all their staff to be friendly. They seem to enjoy working there.
