Petco

No good. I had my hands full and I asked for help in getting a large tank from the woman working the counter. She looked at me pretty much sideways and said "Aren't you going to get it?" Like m'aam... You're busy doing what? At least get someone else to help. Abysmal customer service.

Love taking my pups here to pick out a toy.

Staff was super friendly! They were willing to help me find anything that I was looking for! The ferret was a cute little helper too!

Terrible service if you try their same day delivery. Ordered through their website and DoorDash delivered the wrong product. I called PetCo and PetCo told me "You need to call DoorDash since they delivered it" and DoorDash told me "You ordered it on their site, you need to talk to Petco." Fine. Called PetCo back and PetCo tells me "No, DoorDash delivered it, you need to work it out with them." I just ended up wasting my own time and fuel to take the wrong cat food back and exchanging it. Tried to save myself some time by using their same-day delivery but ended up spending more time fixing their mistake! Do NOT use PetCo/DoorDash delivery service!

Will never shop there again, Google said it was ok for a 1 gallon tank,the employee recommended a 5 gallon and refused to sell me anymore fish

We found everything we were looking for. This location is clean, and the staff was friendly. We really enjoy looking at the animals when we visit.

Our experience with Petco has been almost great across the board. The store has a great selection of items for decent prices and friendly service. The groomer department has been almost always fantastic save for a short period when they were dealing with large turnover. The girls at the store we take our pups to now are so sweet and good to our babies and our pups love to see them! This makes us feel so good on grooming days!!!!

STARTED NOT SO GOOD; ENDED VERY WELL I ordered items from the website and wanted same day delivery. (I don't have a p.o.v and my work truck is in the shop until tomorrow) I had a Door dash show up with 1 item out of 12 that I ordered. When I called the store they told me it had been separated into to orders (I ordered everything in the sme transaction), that she (the very helpful person that answered the phone; and I don't remember her name) would call door dash and see what can be done. Door dash was not helpful to her at all. I also called door dash and and was told to call the petco I ordered the items from. There was nothing they could do.......VERY FRUSTRATING. In calling back to petco the young lady went out of her way to help me. She said she would bring the items to me after she got off work (about 2200). It's 20:00 and the front desk at the hotel called and said my order was here.... the whole door dash system they have going on with the petcos is messed up,(this isn't the first time I've had issues like this, but at another store in another state) however the customer service and the extra mile that was gone for someone that is from out of town and no vehicle, is above and beyond. THANK YOU for caring about the problem and finding a solution to it.

I've searched for many years for the good clippers to groom my long-haired cat. I decided to ask for assistance from one of the groomers. Kara was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable . Amazing customer service skills. And I got a great pair of clippers.

I am sharing these pictures of our 4 month old puppy’s first haircut at petco by Shelby. I was able to get him into a local groomer two days later who cleaned him up the best she could having to work around these shaved spots. I am so upset at what petco did to our dog and hope no other dog goes through this. I will be telling all of our friends and neighbors to stay away from Petco!
