Amazing place only issue is the smell that I have noticed. But I understand what there going through! My puppy loves going there and they are very reasonable priced. If your looking for a place to let your puppers have some fun even in rainy days this is the place!

Took my pup there to check it out and he enjoyed himself so much that I felt comfortable enough to book boarding with them.

I have boarded my dog at paws three times and two of those visits have resulted in a trip to the vet. This last time will stop us from going back. We picked our dog up and she very obviously had something wrong with her eye. It was red and had drainage it was not there when we dropped her off and no one had called to mention this or say something when we picked her up. This tells me they weren’t watching her because it was the first thing I noticed when I saw her. She also got kennel cough while she was there so I’m sure lots of other dog did too. I have reached out to speak to a manager or owner three times now and have still not received any call back. Very disappointed in how my dog was taken care of while there.

It does have a strong urine smell. When we picked our dog up we notice that he kept licking his paw. He had sunburn and his paw was sore. Maybe keep a closer eye on the dogs when they're outside. And providing fog proof sunscreen would be a good idea as well.

Smells like dog but probably one of the best staff I ever worked with they accommodated my meeting with my forever dog

Have always came here when my dog needed to destress and play, and swim, and have always had a good experience, but this last time I came and might be the last, due to the fact that the “heated pool” was so cold to the point I couldn’t step in and my dog refused to go in cause of how cold it was, even though he loves water and thermostat stated it was 54 degrees. Didn’t get charged for this visit, but it wasted my time and their time.

I was a vendor at this years "Howl at the Moon" event, spent $100 and was treated rudely by staff. I took in the door prize basket that I spent money putting together, the staff member that took it from me was VERY rude...funny cause the same staff member was so nice when she was taking my money for the registration for the event. The day's weather forecast was for strong winds up to 50mph gusts. I emailed them the night before to ask if they were moving the event inside, they said they were NOT planning to. The day of the event, our pop-up-tent was put up, weighted it, put our tables up and product out. The wind was already blowing as about 2 hours later the wind ripped our canopy off...and I was constantly chasing after product that blew off of the table. Staff visited every one else (rescues and vendors) except us. WE even sat and watched as one of my fellow vendors products blew off the racks and "trick&treat" families picked up that product put into the their bags and continued on their way. That vendor left shortly after that. We left right after them. This would NEVER of happened and us vendors would of been happy and wanting to come back if they would of SIMPLY moved the event indoors. When staff emailed the parking lot plan where we would be sitting, no where did it state where we were to park our vehicles, I parked at the very end of the parking lot, (I am disabled), walking back I passed several of the staff- they watched me park- they waited until I was sitting down, to come to me and tell me to move across the street. I walked back down the parking lot, and moved to where they told me to park. I had to cross 4 lanes of traffic, cars driving fast for me that walks with a cane - I almost got hit. I did notice that the building is FOR SALE, so maybe they treated the vendors so horribly cause they will no longer be in business in 2023 (?) I used to highly recommend Paws4Fun to everyone I knew...not anymore! Another thing I noticed when you walk in the door the first thing you are hit with is the horrible smell of dog urine! This event was a waste of my $100, my time & the $200 invested in product. If you want to be treated like doggie poo, then this is the place to go...hate to know how they treat the dogs in their car when they treat humans so rudely!

We went a few months ago and the self grooming room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I didn’t even bathe my dog because the brushes and tub was filled with hair from other dogs. Staff was rude and entire place smelled so badly of urine that I held my breath when I was given a tour. It smells like the urine has never been cleaned out of the turf. I heard so many good reviews several years ago but something must have changed because I would NEVER leave my dog here.

My dog often came home with her things soaked. As if the employees haven't even tried to wring out the water after the dogs bowl was spilt. They also couldn't answer how long her things have been sitting in water. They throw attitude when questioned. This has happened more than 3 times. I would think that they would put less water in her bowl or give her a different bowl to prevent this. We also had to give up on nail cutting at this establishment because twice we have picked her and and her nails are either not clipped or 'they forgot'. I was still charged. Our dog seems to enjoy it there so we have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. However when the dog got hurt. They told me is was a small cut. I understand that accidents happen, however when we picked her up, she was still bleed. We ended up taking her to the vet because the cut was substancial enough to need a stitch.

Staff could not tell us why our dog was wet, could not tell us if he went swimming when we paid extra for it. Staff did not verify us as owner, did not return our items that we brought with the dog and our pup smelled like he had been rolling around and urine for the few days he was there. Had to come home and give him a bath right away. Our dog usually loves taking a bath and playing in water but just cowered in the corner. Staff could not answer any questions we asked about his stay and I’m sure from his smell and how he is acting it was a rough few days. Sad way to end our summer vacation.
