Set up an appointment for 11:00 one day as a new patient. I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment time. There was a sign that said (due to COVID) I should wait in my car and call, and that they would let me know when I can come in. I called, but no one answered. I should note that there was NO ONE else in the parking lot. I called four more times and left a message. I waited until after 11:00, and then decided just to leave.

Most cheerful and friendly staff imaginable. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because the staff and Dr. Parks are so sociable and fun. Best dental group in town, by far!

Dr. Parks is a special person and truly cares about his patients. I have been one for the past l5 yrs and have never been disappointed. His office personnel are always very helpful and friendly.

Parks Family Dental is a fun and professional office who ACTUALLY cares about their patients as people!! Our whole family, ages 3 - 37, sees Dr. Parks! Can not recommend his office enough!!!!

Just got a filling at #ParksFamilyDental and I cannot recommend these people enough! Fantastic care and speed all the way through, and their professionalism put me at ease through both procedure and payment, both of which were much less painful than I expected -as in not painful at all!
