Very impressed with the whole process! Crystal was helpful when scheduling the appointment - Zane arrived on time ... answered my questions throughout the process ... completed the work in a timely and efficient fashion ... and cleaned up after himself once the job was complete. I will definitely contact them again!

After new dishwasher was installed, a new outlet was needed because of the brand of the dishwasher. What normally takes 30 minutes, Zac encountered wiring that was not appropriate. He worked for 2 hours to correct the wiring problem. In the end and after 1 hour, Mark joined in the search for the problem and how to correct it. After 3 and 1/2 hours the guys found and fixed the problem. Excellent service and a commitment to not leave until the problem is corrected!! Hire these guys!!

Tyler was professional, friendly, and early. Great office staff as well they called ahead to ask about the breaker panel so they could bring the correct breaker switch so as not to have to leave and come back. Awesome. company I will use them for all my electrical needs.

Over all they did great work and resolved my issue. I would rate the work they did as five stars, however it took two weeks for them to come out after putting in a request through my home warranty. Hopefully they fix the communication lapse that occurred between the home warranty company and them! Otherwise I'm pleased with the service I received when they reached out to me. And they even sent someone out on a weekend which I genuinely appreciate.

I called them because the circuit for my kitchen outlets tripped several times while the outlets were not in use. I explained this clearly to the technician when he came. The technician spent the 1st hour taking apart my kitchen outlets looking for issues but did not find any. He reset the circuit then left. About half an hour after he left, the same problem happened again so I called their office. They sent the same person back the next morning. This time he spent half an hour replacing the breaker for that circuit which fixed the problem right away. The invoice I received charged labor for both the first hour and the half hour which I thought was not fair because the technician did not fix any problem in the first hour. I complained to the office about the labor charge and they adjusted the invoice to reduce the labor charge to one hour which I thought was fair. The work was done professionally and the office staff was professional and courteous.

Oak Electric came out a few months ago to help me with a microwave that kept tripping the circuit and to wire up a new exhaust fan in the bathroom to a triple switch (light/fan/night light). Matt gave me the estimate as well as doing the work (along with another guy whose name I have forgotten, sorry). Matt was super friendly and honest while answering all of my questions about various work I need to do around the house. They showed up on time, got the work done in a timely manner, and cleaned up when they were done. And they did all of this for WAY less than another company said they were going charge. They were also respectful with wearing masks the whole time, which I appreciate. I'm still surprised when people show up thinking they don't need a mask to enter my home! Anyways, I highly recommend them for any electrical work you might need!

What can I say here other than hire Oak Electric. They will do a great job! I have had Matt complete a variety of projects for me around our house. Some small, and some fairly large and complex. Every job has been completed with professionalism and high quality and in my opinion, an exceptional value. I know if I contact Oak Electric, they will get to my project as soon as they are able, and execute it expeditiously and it will all look great. In fact Matt takes great pains to make sure whatever is done it looks as perfect as he can get it. Do yourself a favor and just hire these guys.

We have called on our friends at Oak Electric for our home and business and continue to be impressed. Matt, Zach and Zane are professional, trustworthy, and do a great job meeting our electrical needs. I have appreciated how responsive they are when questions arise.
