I have only been in for two checkups and routine cleanings but was so impressed by the knowledge and the friendliness of the hygienists. They were considerate and were continually checking my comfort level. I love the cleanliness of the office and the checkup rooms. It always feels like I was the first patient in the room - even when my appointment was at 4 pm. There is a TV in every room so when you lay back you can watch TV as well. The Dentists are also personable and made my experience great. After my appointment, the receptionist gave me a print out showing exactly what my insurance covered which was important to me. I would definitely recommend this dental office!

Friendly atmosphere, my favorite dentist so far. Like most, going to the dentist makes me nervous but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with NE family dentistry/North Star Dental. I enjoyed the comprehensive dental checkup and x-rays taken for my first visit, the teeth cleaning which felt more pleasant than anxiety-inducing, and the staff. This dental office stood out due to the fact that the dentist is the one who cleans your teeth and explains your teeth condition to you. Makes you feel more confident about the follow-up dental care you’ll received going forward. I’m glad to be a patient there now and actually excited about going back (which is new for me). What was also appreciated is that they took the time to explain my insurance benefits to me in a way that’s more understandable than having to read through the actual EOB and providing estimates for future services. So great customer service there.

The staff at Northstar Dental are always so great. They are thorough with exams, so incredibly friendly and warm and since I live out of town, they are great about scheduling my family appointments together. A great place for anyone with any dental anxiety, for sure. Highly recommend!

I can always set up appointments that fit into my schedule and can schedule my cleaning appointments a year in advance. I love that option. The office is comfortable, and the staff are professional.

I was recently seen by Dr. Polley at NorthStar Dental and had an excellent experience with her. She was very kind and considerate before her examination (I tend to get nervous at the dentist). To my relief she did not push any expensive repairs for my issue but suggested we keep a watchful eye on the situation and urged me to contact her with any questions or concerns at any time. I highly recommend Dr. Polley as well as her office staff which were all very attentive from the moment I arrived until I left.

I don't normally leave Google reviews but I really loved this office! I've always loathed having to go to the dentist, but everyone here was so nice and courteous! They explained everything very clearly and quickly and were understanding and compassionate instead of being judgemental, which was such a relief! Very classy place with a sweet staff! 😊

Easily the best dentist office in town. All of the staff are excellent only place I would recommend. Also it's pretty rare to want to take a nap while getting dental work done I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. 👍 …

I absolutely love this dentist office I was terrified to go to somebody new and several years ago I began coming here and I’ve never considered going anywhere else. They always make sure that you were comfortable and explain everything that they’re doing and they’re very high-tech and make sure that your best interest are taken care of! I would give this place 20 stars if it let me! Highly recommended!!

Northstar Dental is the best! I’ve never been a huge fan of going to the dentist but Northstar Dental has changed that! I enjoy every interaction with them. They are so welcoming and treat you better than family. I used to be so nervous about a dentist poking around in my mouth but not anymore. They explain everything in detail about my treatment plan, things I need to do better and what I am already doing well. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!!
