Norm's Car Care

Very easy to work with. They have a couple different locations also. I've had no problems with them and they even helped hook me up with a car when I was needing to buy a new one. Their lot on 40th and A is sometimes jam packed but that's a good thing in my opinion. If they weren't good at what they do they wouldn't have that much business.

I cannot say enough about how great of a team Norm’s is. They care about their customers and take the time to explain the situation to you, and what they feel is the most affordable and best fix. They have helped tremendously in fixing an ongoing issue with my car caused by a different company and I couldn’t be more thankful for Norm’s!! I will NEVER take my vehicle any where else again. I would give 10 stars if I could!

There's a reason Norm's has such high reviews... They are simply the best and most trusted car shop around... They're honest and not pushy, will tell you when they think certain things may need to be replaced. Can give you a ride while your car is in the shop. I even call to get advice when buying a new car and are very helpful. In short, they're honest and very trustworthy, which goes a long way in the industry.

Unfortunately I had to have some major engine work done and we took the car to Norm's and I could not be happier. The team at Norm's were friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Norm's kept me informed along the way and charged a fair price. If we need auto care done, Norm's Car Care will now be our first call on all of our vehicles.

My breaks were grinding and Norm's bent over backwards to get my car in ASAP. I would recommend Norm's to anyone.

Had my clutch replaced and they did a an awesome job. they worked with my budget and I just felt comfortable.

Went in for a check to find out why my wheel was driving funny...Norms Did the work without my aproval.. was hoping for an estimate left with a $130 bill. Not too cool at Christmas Time.

Thought an oil change and tune-up would not be expensive services but ended up with the old trick of having these people charging women more than they likely do the bros. Have had that happen elsewhere and apparently didn't learn my lesson of getting an estimate before hand. Didn't think I would need one here cause of the positive reviews. Women need to stay away unless you get some estimates or they will be taking advantage.

I’ve always been treated with respect here. My dad used Norm’s and so have I for the past 10+ years. They’re honest and fair. The final pricing is never off from the estimate. I get a call before doing any work that wasn’t agreed to initially. I recommend them to anybody who is looking for a trustworthy auto shop.
