We board our dog, Coco, here often. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Coco always is very happy to go back to NAMC, and she comes home seeming very happy and well cared-for.

I've been taking all my pets here for years. Today we saw Brianne Y. and Dr. Miller. Both were wonderful; Brianne was helpful and caring toward my senior cat.

Our vet retired this year and we were nervous about introducing our 19 year old cat to a new vet and clinic. Dr. Carrie Frey was not only thorough and helpful, but she listened closely and helped us talk through issues related to "old cat" health issues, complicated by kidney disease. She called us when the blood work was in and patiently answered all of our questions. We felt much relief and were very happy we made this choice! We know Anni (and her "parents") are in good hands for her health and the eventual end of life decisions.

Brought in one of our cats for an issue one weekend. The male doctor was rude and condescending to me. He's lucky my husband wasn't with me! The prices here are exorbitant. I realize it's an emergency place, but come on! If you have enough time, there is a place in Omaha that's quite a bit cheaper.

NAMC is the most amazing place to take your pets, great workers amazing help and very willing to help even if you are late. today I was very very late and my older dog is having leg problems. They where still there for me and help me! always will go here with my pets.

My pup has been going to doggie daycare for at least a year. She really seems to love it. We are both always greeted warmly and treated with kindness. Definitely recommend.

I was told my cat was too aggressive and needed to be heavily sedated before they would even give him an exam. He's 11 lbs. No you are not going to heavily sedate my cat. The vet literally said "and we won't be using mild drugs on him." That is very reassuring let me tell you. He has anxiety. I forewarned them ahead of time. I had to weigh him because they refused to even take him out of the carrier. I was quoted $600 bucks for xrays. The doctor was rude and condescending. His assistant was nice. She's the reason I didn't walk out. I was charged $80 dollars for a wellness exam they refused to do and medication. I will be taking my cat elsewhere where he isn't stressed and being treated like a demon.

I brought my cat in about a year ago to be examined because she was experiencing some bleeding. The vet took one look at her and said that she was in heat. Didn't even want to do further examination and assured me that he was correct. I took her home and later that night she started vomiting so I took her to the emergency vet and it was too late. She had to be put down. I fully believe that if the vet from this hospital would've done further examination she would still be here. If I could put zero stars I would.

I brought my baby, Niko, to them in an emergency situation. They were very gentle and loving with him and really wanted to help figure out what was going on and to get him comfortable and better. Niko is doing great now and I’m so thankful to them for all of their help.

i’m extremely grateful to this animal clinic , they helped my baby boy with pancreatitis & were personally very affordable. Dr educated me very well on his condition & staff was just absolutely amazing & friendly. They answered all my concerns & silly questions & never seemed bothered by me asking so many things , they were very very sweet & made me feel so much better about my cats health . I loved the environment here & will definitely be coming back if i have any other concerns about my cats health.
