They had the alternator I needed in stock, no body else did .

A week or two ago my car alternator gave out and we went to Napa to get a new one with a new battery on top of it. Tom found our parts with in a few minutes and had us set to go under 5 minutes. He was fast, efficient, and knew what he was doing. He was really friendly as well. The next day we brought in the old alt. and battery for the refund and he had that taken care of in minutes as well. He was excellent and definitely deserves a raise or a promotion! I work in customer service as well and he was the best i have ever had for customer service. I definitely recommend going here. It wasn't real expensive either. Great company!

Always the same guy at the counter with glasses has terrible customer service. I wonder how much business they lose from this guy lack of personality. Sorry won't be coming back here until they get better help.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. They all have the NAPA know how attitude and if they dont have the answer they will try and get it for you. They have a large inventory of parts and can usually get things not in stock within a day or two. The starters and alternators carry a lifetime warranty which is very nice. These parts are also top quality and seem to last a long time. The store is clean and organized which is nice. I was surprised when I seen bucket teeth on a shelf on the sales floor. They have a lot of great products here! Well worth the stop if you have a need for parts!

I did not know a auto parts store can use your cars license plate to search for relevant information. That I thought was cool. So yes I got what I needed & the counter salesman had personality. Shared stories of trips to U-Pull It. That was why I continue to go back to NAPA in North Lincoln. Thanks guys.😎 …

Needed to buy a new battery. Had a NAPA battery(within warranty) from a new car that I wanted to exchange. But they wouldn't prorate the warranty because I didn't have a receipt. How could I? Just another reason I don't buy parts here. Most places honor warranty on batteries without receipt.

I'd love to be able to give 5 Stars, bad news 1st..however my son & his girlfriend were treated with unkindness, and he had 0 help, except on 1 wiper blade, and 0 help with his battery. (which was bought on a gift card, as a gift) Then left to "figure it out" , his elderly nana had to drive from Hickman to try and do it herself, she has a degenerative bone disease, WoW.. 83 degree heat to boot. I went in and explained the situation and a nice lady, (pardon, I don't remember her name) She then brought a great, kind, and knowledgeable man Named Steve to speak to me.. That is the only reason I am giving a review & I thank Steve, & the Nice lady!!! The store is nothing without them!!! Steve TYSM for helping my mom & being compassionate!!! You deserve a big raise in wages, in my humble opinion. Also, Dana is the manager who was so RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL, I'LL BE CALLING CORPORATE ABOUT YOU, SIR.

The people that work at this store are awesome!!!! But the pay is embarrassing you can literally work at Taco Bell and make more money than any auto parts store in Lincoln Nebraska!!

Steven is THE MAN! He was EXTREMELY hard working and empathetic. Shelly is ALWAYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AS WELL!!!!! Both provided and continue to provide 10/10 service!!!!! Definitely will recommend over the Grover Street store every time.
