Highly recommend this body shop!! Scott was really great to work with—genuine, easy going, and professional. It was obvious that he knew the ins and outs of his business. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process and he didn’t hesitate to contact me and explain my options in layman terms, which was greatly appreciated. He and his team went above and beyond and made my car look as good as new! Plus he makes sure to use Lysol/disinfectant in every car upon finishing, which is important these days, and made me feel that much more comfortable with his work and his attention to detail. Scott and his team came highly recommended when I needed body repair work on my 2020 Lexus. He worked with the insurance company to negotiate the optimal allowance to do the work perfectly. He is knowledgeable and experienced. The car looks just like new again!

Everything from start to finish while working with Scott at Mpressive was hassle-free. Got my vehicle in for an estimate on a Saturday after I was rear-ended, did a thorough job going over everything. He handled the claim with the insurance company directly, even worked it out with them to coordinate a rental, and my car was ready a day early. Looks like brand new, matched the paint perfectly and was very satisfied. Will be taking it back there if I ever need work done again.

Scott is wonderful and very kind. He was straightforward about what was wrong with the car. He wrote up an estimate and explained each charge to me. He gave excellent advice about what steps I’d need to take in filing an insurance claim and was just very helpful. I’d highly recommend Scott for any and all body repairs.

Came to Scott with a sideswipe insurance claim; and during the work I had got anxious about the work being done and whenever I called Scott he had explained everything that was currently happening. As well as when I visited the shop to check progress he had showed me the status and explained the whole process that was left. After I got my car back I was beyond impressed and couldn’t believe that he had made everything look brand new and like it had never gotten swiped!

This was the easiest and smoothest experience. After my accident I thought it was going to be such a stressful process (insurance, body shops, estimates and repair times). I was totally mistaken, Mpressive was so good their estimate was within $20 of what my insurance company quoted me! When they found some additional damage they made it easy and dealt directly with my insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone who needed auto body repairs, you can know your in good, trustworthy hands!

We initially went to Scott for the cable on the driver's side window that broke. Scott was so polite and made sure my college students car was fixed correctly as I am a single parent 370 miles away. Most recent we went to Scott for a blown tire. Again he made sure my daughter was safe and went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Mpressive Auto Body for all of your needs.
