Over the years we have had to have several body shop repairs to our vehicles. We have experienced other body shops in town, over the past 23 years, and by far we have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Morrow Collision Center. Time and time again they beat the estimates by other companies and have always done a great job with our vehicles! On one occasion we were not happy with the repair and they immediately fixed our concern. Thank you for your great service! They fixed my car after it was hit. They kept me updates throughout. Steve was so nice! They detailed it afterwards too. Gave it a wash. They were the best of a bad situation.

Everything went really smooth. Took my car in after I got backed into in a parking lot. They had it fixed earlier than expected and it looked great when I picked it up.

I had an insurance claim and went to Morrow Collision because they are a select service provider for my insurance company. When I took my car in, I was greeted immediately and treated with courtesy and respect. The staff was very helpful and walked me through the damage and what would need to be done. They handled all the paperwork and communicated with my insurance company. When they began the work, they sent me updates of the progress. Dan called and told me my car was finished, but I told him I couldn't pick it up before they closed. Dan said he would wait, and I was able to get my car the same day. When I saw it I was very happy. The work is top notch! They polished my car and gave it a showroom shine. And to top it off, they detailed the inside as well. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Morrow Collision. When all staffers greet you and walk you through the process, it says a lot about the team. Thanks again!!!

Awesome place to get your car fixed. They are very professional and honest. The Morrow team works really hard to make sure your car gets fixed in a timely manner, the job gets done well and is easy on your budget. Morrow's staff goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied and has a great experience working with them. Would definitely recommend for car repairs.

Working with Morrow was a great experience. I had damage to my car and they worked me into their schedule quickly. The entire process was smooth and I was contacted with the status of the repair several times. My car was finished on time and they took care of returning my rental car. It was even returned to me with a clean interior and exterior. It looks fantastic and I appreciate the very professional customer service and repair work. Thank you!

Brought my vehicle in for repairs after an accident. The staff gave a very accurate quote in a timely manner, scheduled me for the earliest available time, and completed the repairs in exactly the timeframe that they had estimated. I received the car clean on the inside and outside with all repairs done perfectly. They even found other damage that they fixed while they were repairing the other items. Everything was handled very professionally and quickly. I highly recommend this shop for vehicle repairs.

I took my car to this shop because it had good reviews, and let me tell you that words can't do it justice. Customer service was EXCELLENT, they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on through the entire process. They made everything easy for me (all things insurance related), and they had the car earlier than promised and in excellent conditions. I really recommend this place.

I took my SUV to the N 83rd location for hail damage repairs. The staff was so nice, helpful and updated me along the way. I was nervous to have it repaired since I had only had it for a month. They worked with our insurance company and made the process so smooth. They did an awesome job and even cleaned the inside of my car. I highly recommend them!
