Terrible customer service. They don’t take care of their customers with issues. We had a custom pool slide built and the steps leading up the slide are so rough and sharp they are not even safe to use for our kids. We asked multiple times to come look at it and take care of it and I was completely shut down. We were told we would have to pay to have it fixed and they didn’t make the mistake!! Unbelievable! We simply asked them to make it right! We trusted them having used them in the past on multiple jobs and major projects. They don’t care...I would not recommend using this company.

Same Day Delivery - we needed sand to set up our pool. Called MWL, they answered all my questions and had the sand delivered within an hour! The gentlemen delivering even checked in to make sure we were still happy with a retaining wall we had MWL do last fall. Fast, Affordable, Local, Professional

My husband and I are all about DIY - we decided to tackle a huge landscaping project. We debated about using cheaper materials from Menards, but we are SO GLAD we trusted MWL and their products and expertise!! Jake and Allison were SO GREAT to work with. They were very helpful in estimating what materials we would need and always entertained our questions. Customer service at MWL is top notch - you can tell they take great pride in their work and their business. We highly recommend working with MWL!

Whoever is driving the company pick up with the snow blade today (12/22) was tailgating on snow packed/icy roads. Seems really inconsiderate of safety, unnecessary and aggressive.

We built our dream acreage home and needed a large Boulder wall and rock along the fenced back yard. MWL did a fantastic job with no surprises and it looked excellent when completed. Would definitely recommend! Stan Kapustka

Jake did a tremendous job building our driveways and pole barn pad. Everything we went over during the design process onsite turned out just like planned! Jake even added a berm so we can plant some trees to help hide the shed. Would definitely use his company again for any dirtwork or landscaping projects.

If you would like a very nice looking retaining wall please call Midwest Walls. We had them put one in for us and it is beautiful. Adds character to the backyard, also I like the way it was curved.
