The staff was great! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and my stay was fine. The bed and pillows were soft and clean. It was quiet in my room. Most everything seemed clean, but the bathroom did need updating.

The hotel applied a $60 deposit to my credit card. I stayed in the room for less than 12 hours. I was only in Lincoln for my daughter's graduation. My teenage son used the restroom the morning of our departure. It clogged up to no fault of our own. No negligence, they just had poor water flow. As i was checking out there was no one at the front desk. I informed the cleaning lady that the toilet was stopped up. She said she would get it taken care of. I look on my credit card statement a couple weeks later. Not only did they charged the $60 deposit but had ran it for an additional $90. I called to inquire why would they charge a second time. The attendant informed me the mangaer was on vacation and someone would call me back. Never received a phone call. Now if you want to take the 60 because of your faulty water flow in the toilet i understand but to charge an additional amount above the original hold. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company and got better results. I only chose this hotel because it was close proximity to my daughter's apartment. Will never stay there again.

Pros: Great location and rates. Super friendly staff. Cons: breakfast has no eggs or meats. Pool and hot tub have no towels.

The room was surprisingly clean and spacious. Had a bit of hallway noise early in the morning but overall was a great stay.

The rooms are dated, the pool and jacuzzi are also dated, cracked and crumbling walls. The whirlpool button works but barely. The only five star thing they have going is the customer service was great.

The rooms were clean, albeit a bit on the smallish side; after all, it is a "Micro"tel. The bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast was up to par with other lodgings where we have stayed.

Microtel Inn & Suites "by Wyndham" For a good time and a quality stay. Offering a variety of room choices, services and facilities. They will provide you with a great stay, for whatever event or reason. Centrally located with easy access to all amenities. Stop in and stay a while, they go out of their way, make you feel at home.

We went for the football game. Check in was good but we were gone most of the night and when we got back the police were there for a domestic violence case in the hotel. Homeless people are staying there. The bed was hard as a rock, has a musty smell in the room. And there were cockroaches in the room. One was already smashed in the microwave before we got there and I killed another one. They said all they could do was give me points. I really wanted some of my money back. Worst hotel I have stayed in. I would give 0 stars. And we payed almost $200 to sleep with roaches.
