This is my second time living at Lionsgate and couldn't be happier. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable, maintenance is quick , and apartments are clean! Love it here.

My niece has lived here and I have helped her work through issues with confusion between the office staff. Be patient with them and persistent if you feel something is wrong. Reach out to other office staff there and contact their corporate office to intercede if you feel it is important enough.

Place is decent and staff is nice. Does smell like weed but that is always preference if it bothers you. Overall not bad for a first apartment.

Incredibly over priced, people in the corporate office are rude, and my apartment was leaking for about 4 months and they wouldn’t move me to a different unit of the same size without a 50% rent increase because their records showed it was “fixed”

Trying to charge me a reletting fee for no 50 days notice while also billing me for 60 prior to me giving notice. It was my understanding that I'd be paying for 60 days after i had given notice, and somehow me vacating early( while still paying for the apwrtment) they believe I should be billed another $700.

Poor service, poor quality apartments, narrow parking spots. One thing that bothers me the most is that when you call their maintinance, they ask you if that problem is an emergency or not. The dish washer doesnt work, that's not an emergency. C'mon, for goodness sake. After a long day at work and you're telling me the freaking washer isn't an emergency. The company makes lots of money off of rent so renovate, improve, and make it presentable for prospective tenants.

This place is an absolute scam. The houses do not necessarily come furnished even though any pictures and even blueprints provided depict furniture, and when applying for the apartment, no option is given to you to choose between an unfurnished or furnished apartment. Their website also shows no indication that the houses could even come unfurnished. We found out about this only after paying the 100USD deposit per person, and were told they assumed we didn't need any furnishing and that a fully furnished apartment would cost us double. No bed, no mattresses, no tables or chairs. We asked if they could then refund us the deposit since we have been mislead into paying, but of course no refund was given. Would give zero stars if google allowed.

This place will definitely take advantage of you if you let it. And do not go to the leasing office for advice, help, or information. There is a major disconnect and confusion between the ladies in the office and headquarters of Richdale. So call the corporate office and try your luck there if any issues come up. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth after moving out with my experience there. Pool setting was pretty good though. So I'd give a star for that.

Whatever you do DO NOT waste your time here. My boyfriend applied and got approved to move in on June 29 and was told at the time of approval it would be $650 and all he needed to do was transfer electric and gas in his name and the next rent payment would be due August 1.Today, THE DAY BEFORE he is supposed to move in he calls just to verify that they have everything and he is told it will be $850 now instead of $650 and then pay ANOTHER $650 TWO DAYS later!! Seriously unprofessional.

Living at Lionsgate has been such a positive experience for me! From the first day I walked in, the ladies in the leasing office were so sweet and helpful in listening to my individual needs and helping me find the perfect little home for myself! I am so thankful for a safe, quiet, clean, and fun place to live. I would definitely recommend Lionsgate apartments to anyone.
