I had the BEST experience at Lincoln Family Dentistry! I was greeted by smiles when I first arrived and cared for by knowledgeable and considerate staff the entirety of my visit. Michelle provided the most thorough dental cleaning I have ever received and was such a joy to talk to. I am fully assured that both Michelle and Dr. Kittell wanted me to receive the best care and they made it happen! I left feeling educated and encouraged, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Even with my insurance, this was the most expensive dentist I've ever visited. Plus they billed me for something 8 months after my visit, and told me it was my final notice. Only gave them 1 star for cleanliness. Otherwise I wouldnt have given any. I was supposed to have a follow up call, never got it. Also was told they would have an oral surgeon talk to me, never happened. I wont be back.

Been going to Lincoln Family Dentistry for about a year and a half now. The staff have been so kind and caring. They helped me feel comfortable when I'm in the office. There was no judgment my first visit when I explained I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years, they helped me get a course if care established, and corrected some dental issues I had. Also they explained everything that were doing and answered all my questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Never have We been to a clinic were from the initial phone call to the moment we arrived and all thought out my husbands exam have we ever experienced an atmosphere were all the medical staff were so friendly, down to earth and took the time to explain and make sure we understood all available options that were in the best interest for my husband. It wasn’t a hurry up get it done and on to the next Dr O’Harre spent time with him and made sure he left with a plan moving forward and that his pain was under control until they were able to get him scheduled with oral surgeon. I have been in medical for 27 years. I have seen a lot of different types of bed side manors and I must say as a clients wife and medical professional myself I would definitely rate Lincoln Family Dental and staff a 10 out of 10 maybe more like THEY ARE FAR THE BEST IN LINCOLN. I am a new patient and finally found the right place for me! Cleaning was very very through and now I’m getting the proper care I always needed. Excited to see the transformation in my teeth in the coming years. I already have relief from a few years of buildup.

For someone like myself who hasn’t gone to the dentist in years I was a bit nervous, but Lincoln Family Dentistry really took well care of me and my family. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and explained everything thoroughly. The entire team were just so comforting and easy to talk to. The place itself was really clean and professional. Really great individuals all around! I truly have nothing negative to say. Very relieved to have found this place! Definitely recommend it.

Had an amazing experience every time I go here. From the dentists, nurses and the front receptionists they are caring and very kind. Definitely deserve 5 stars and would recommend for anyone needing a good dentist place where you feel like you’re welcome and you’re talking to friends. :)

I’ve been nervous about finding a good dentist in Lincoln but this is place is IT! They are so kind, welcoming and willing to answer questions. Would recommend!

Dr. O'Hara and the rest of the staff here are extremely kind and caring to their patients. They took time to answer my questions and explain everything to me thoroughly. It was a very pleasant experience with zero anxiety. I look forward to completing my treatment and can't wait to see the results. I trust Dr. O'Hara and her staff completely with my care and my families care. I would highly recommend them!! If you have fear about visiting the dentist, give them a try!

What an amazing staff! I have had awful experiences with the dentists/orthodontists in my life back to middle school/high school that I decided never to see another dentist again when I became an adult. I broke and chipped 2 teeth and went to a dentist who had staff that was very condescending about my lack of dental care which reaffirmed my decision never to see a dentist again. Then I was diagnosed with a chronic condition and I had to seek dental care. I found Lincoln Family Dentistry after I googled "dental work with sedation" and after reading the reviews I decided to visit with them regarding my dental care. WOW!! What an amazing staff! I just love Dr. Kittell and Bailey. Everyone was so kind and comforting. I was not judged, but embraced. After several months of work, I have my smile back! The owner should be proud of the remarkable Dentists and staff he/she has that truly represent what a dental organization should be - filled with kind and caring individuals who truly love their jobs and the patients. I look forward to my next dental cleaning! Thank you again for everything you have done for me!
