product called massive and global damage to my cart that I am now in the hole for.. of course there is fine print in the warranty that states they are not liable for any damages their product causes to someones property :(

as I recall, these guys need a lot mor automation in the following dept. coil winding>fully automat w robotics, the transformer and coil winding, get good equipment. transformer laminating>need to fully automate w/ robotics use good equipment. sheet metal dept>full use of 100%automated

Spoke to a representative today to try and reconcile damages caused by faulty charger... his name is Bill. Bill had a calm demeanor and was willing to hear me out, however his only response was to cite the warranty saying they're not liable for the damage their charger causes to someones property.

Products I think are great, but the technical support is the WORST! I called today to ask for technical support and their support person named George was the most obnoxious support I have ever received (I ended out hanging up.) When you call for technical support at any company, you are obviously looking to receive assistance on their product (or I obviously wouldn't be calling.) We'll, George was so obnoxious that it ruined my day, and I felt I owe everyone a warning so you are prepared! I asked George about a golf cart charger, first off he really didn't sound like he wanted to give "technical support" then when I asked him, if he could hold for a second while I was on the phone so I can run into my garage (from the other room) to troubleshoot the problem his exact response was "I don't have all day" Please, I understand you may not have all day, but I was looking for two minutes of his time, and the response was so gross, I ended out hanging up. Poor tasteless service! I have only left maybe 3-4 negative feed backs in the last 4-5 years, and this person definitely deserved one, as he was unhelpful and here I am supporting his paycheck with me buying/owning one of Lester Electrical products! Shame on this company for terrible service! I didn't get my charger fixed, and I ended out buying a new competitors charger. George, you stink and I hope this helps ruin your day as you did mine!

The customer service is top notch, all the way from the front desk to the technical staff. I purchased the Summit II lithium battery charger for my upgraded club car golf cart. I had questions on how to get the charger to sync with the new battery pack in my club car that was using the original onboard charger module. The technical lead, Bill, called me back while on his vacation to explain how to do the bypass procedure on the onboard ECU. I was extremely pleased and impressed, Lester truly stands behind it’s products and customers.
