I’d give zero stars if I could. The customer “service” alone is atrocious! Don’t bother unless you look the part and walk in wanting to pull/drive off the lot with a brand new rig. My husband and I have been here twice just looking getting a feel for what we might want. The ladies at the first barely acknowledged us, one of them made eye contact and turned around, and waved over a sales person. The guy had no idea what keys went to what and showed us everything but what we asked to see. I was interrupted repeatedly when I tried asking questions. Then tried sitting us down to work on financing for something we didn’t even ask to see! But it looked like he wasn’t employed so we figured we would try again. No one was up front and SIX employees walked past me without asking if I needed help while my husband went to the bathroom before looking around. So we went out by ourselves. We were strolling the lot for 20 minutes before a salesperson rolled up in a truck asking if the rv was ours. Now we didn’t know the ones in the far back were client rigs getting serviced—there are no signs or fences just numbers on the rv that anyone that’s not an employee woud have no idea. We tell him what we’re interested in, says he’ll meet us over there. We’re looking at the travel trailers for 10+ minutes and he rolls by in his truck TWICE and never comes over. Long story long this place isn’t worth the hassle. I don’t understand all the good reviews. Two out of three bad experiences is enough for us and we’d rather go to Bish or drive and hour plus somewhere else than ever try again.

Stopped while travelling for service because the need for repairs. Right for the bat was treated in very condescending and patronizing manner by service manager who was guessing the issues just by glancing across parking lot, all his guesses were about RV owner being incompetent and clueless, did not ask about the issue itself, did not accept any answers, already had his mind made up. Could not trust service with that attitude and left. Would have preferred to have it fixed it right then and there, but ended up performing work myself once I got the parts somewhere else. I will avoid this place like a plague. Giving 2 starts because I think there is got be be something good about this place, even if I don't know what.

Nice selection of parts and accessories, but mediocre at best personal service from the parts dept, staff is not very friendly unless you roll in with a $250k+ rig and park it out front. Misinformation being provided to another unsuspecting customer looking for a wifi solution. Was told a service appt to inspect a roof was 8-10 weeks out and the person at the service counter stated "we take care of our own and other customers come last, that's just how it works". I'll happily take my RV somewhere else, thanks.

I live out of state and purchased a used camper from Leach. Seven months after my purchase, they found an extra set of keys to my unit in a drawer and took the time to mail them to me with a nicely written letter. Very impressed.

I went to Leach's to look at a few teardrop trailers the other day. I was a little nervous because 1) I'd never looked at campers before, and 2) I was not looking forward to high-pressure sales tactics. What a delightful, low-key experience! "They're all unlocked, go take a look," he said. I was directed to what I was interested in, and had a nice chat along the way. Great prices, too. (I'd done my homework) If I were to buy a camper, I get the feeling I'd get this kind of treatment after the sale, too. Good people.

It was great working with Chris on the sales team, he was amazing. He was knowledgeable, straight forward, and he had everything ready for us when we arrived from out of state. He treated us kindly and he made the experience enjoyable. We would definitely work with Chris again! We had no trouble with the business end and the service guys were happy to help us even though they were busy. The men in parts were also very nice and friendly and went out of their way to help us with new supplies we needed to equip our trailer. We absolutely love the drive up levelers they recommended, so easy and quick. The company is amazing and friendly all around. They had our new trailer ready, installed our hitch when we arrived, made a few minor repairs all in a few hours before closing, and even allowed us to stay in it overnight on the lot so we could make the long trip home the next day. We would definitely work with Leach Camper again.

I have known Pat Leach for 40 + years he and his camper business is a great place to work with and our salesman Chris was great to work with no hard pressure to buy a camper.

Leach Camper Sales was an excellent place to purchase a trailer. My sales person was Brent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during my entire buying experience. The price for the trailer I wanted was so good that I purchased it over the phone. I drove to Leach from Sacramento, CA. The service department had the trailer ready and attached a heavy duty hitch to my truck before connecting it to the trailer. It was lucky that I stayed the first night in Lincoln because I discovered that a bolt on the trailer had broken off prior to delivery to me. I called Brent and he arranged for me to have the bolt repaired in their service shop the next day before I left town. The service department had me in and out of there in about an hour. I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Leach Camper Sales.

We had a great experience working with LCS. Everyone from Ron in Sales, Tyson and Mike in the business office and Art the delivery specialist were very knowledgeable and professional. The process from start to finish was very easy with no surprises or hidden fees. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buy a vehicle. Quick, friendly , and very knowledgeable. Let's just say I was in a bind and needed a new camper, knowing that it was next to impossible to get a camper ready by the time I needed it done, I called anyway. The sales person , took time out of his schedule to listen to my story. He then said let me talk to my manger. When he came back he said we will try to get it done. They did it. My planed camping trip was on. Thanks to all the people at Leach camper. I will never buy another camper from anywhere else and I will tell everyone how impressed I am and they should go to Leach camper sales. By the way the Grand Design Momentum is the nicest camper to own. It worked flawlessly on our first trip. Can't say enough. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
