Laundry Land

The staff we're very polite and helpful. All the machines I used worked like they we're supposed to. The Laundromat was clean and well kept. Definitely would do my laundry there again.

When I went to this location it was dirty and at that time they were only accepting quarters. I wasn't expecting this as I usually go to another location that uses the card for payment. When we asked to use the restrooms the attendant on duty was very short and cold with me. Honestly I will not be going back to this location again. I am being kind in giving this location 3 stars. As I know this location was gonna be going to the card system.

$3.75 to even start a dryer!!! You get forty minutes of time. I've never seen this kind of markup to dry clothes. Any other laundromat that I've been at you usually get 10mins for every quarter. The place has a funky smell inside the building. I will give 5 stars to the lady who is working here today. She is doing a great job, and is friendly! To the person who responded to my review about your laundromat. I had chosen the smallest dryer, that I saw working in your establishment. I still had 19 mins left on the dryer when my clothes were dry. Like I said before $3.75 to even start the dryer is rediculous. Yes I saw your second dryer option, and yes that dryer was bigger. It would cost a customer over $5 and some change to start that dryer.

They did all my laundry in the same day I was so excited about customer service was very good. I will come back here and tell people about it

I arrived at around 11am today with my first round of laundry. The attendant was kind friendly and helpful. I came back with my second round at about 2:30pm. My daughter put to much money in a dryer, I was a bit afraid to run it with over 80 min. On it. The attendant was rude, and seemed like I was bothering her with my issue. Since I don't normally use the laundry mat, I didn't know you can open the door to stop the cycle, thanks to Amanda on j street for clueing me in. After a brief conversation with her the attendant here called mark, who solved everything. Outside of the one attendant my overall experience really was five star. $250 later i do hope my new machine comes soon.

I really like this place. The staff is so friendly and willing to help with anything and even offers their help if needed. They make eye contact with customers which normally staff looks anywhere else but your eyes. They keep it cleaned and picked up. I highly recommend this place. Kudos to management and staff.

Good location, helpful staff especially in the morning. The large capacity washers and dryers are worth the extra money, saves considerable time.

Sunday is a busy day. Couldn't find a cart to use. The Monopoly pinball machine has a problem with the ball getting stuck and you're done. Prices on the dryers have gone UP.

This was my first time here. I had a few big loads to wash and it helped they had large capacity washers to get them done in a short period of of time. I will say, other places are a bit more reasonable on price but their card look ad system is cool to use.its a rechargeable card. Further thought it guarantees them repeat business. So it's not much of a savings in the end all of getting a good wash at a low price.i plan on going back when I need to wash my comforter again.
