Koepke Electric

We are just wrapping up a two-year+ renovation, and Jesse has been with us through most of it. Jesse is exceptionally seasoned with his craft, and he does phenomenal work! He's tidy, he shows up on time, he answers his phone, he's a hard worker, and he is most congenial -- a true joy to have in our home. He also helps us to consider things we wouldn't necessarily think of and, without exception, he finds the most efficient and all-around best way to approach a task. He looks for supplies with value in mind, saving us money where he can, but never cuts corners. He doesn't complain, even when he is asked to move a doorbell or outlet for the second or third time! And he never shies away from work that is unpleasant (climbing up into the attic, for example). At our house, he's been dubbed the magician electrician! Jesse is a consummate professional with years of experience, and we wouldn't work with anyone else! Hire him, you must!

Highly recommend Jessie. I contacted him to install light fixtures within a small window of time and he worked my project into his schedule. Professional, thorough and exceptional service.

Jesse took the time to explain options for fixing old light fixtures. He was patient and went the extra mile to get the work done because I added a couple extra items than originally planned. I highly recommend Jesse!

In another day and time. In another day and time a customer might have called their local electrician with a problem. The electrician might have listened to the problem and given recommendations on how to fix the problem hoping to save the customer a service call. That is what I experienced with Jesse from Koepke Electric. I was able to get my lights back on following his suggestions. He even called a few days later to see if everything was back up and working. All at no charge to me. I would give them a 5+ rating if I could! Thank you!!!

Jesse is great! Very friendly and courteous. He's very knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could easily understand. He was able to work quickly so it didn't cost me a fortune and he did a great job! I highly recommend Koepke Electric!

Jesse has a wealth of knowledge and will assist you in diagnosing the problem before he comes out to save you the trip charge. But if it can't be done over the phone he is very professional and courtesy. He is a wonderful resource to have when it comes to your electrical needs.

I contacted Jesse on two occasions in the past several months. Both times he was very generous to discuss the issues over text/phone and provide suggestions without charging me anything. Last week I had Jesse investigate why my living room circuit kept tripping with minimum electricity usage in the living room. He was so kind that he offered to come at 7:30 in the morning before his scheduled first call of the day. He quickly checked out the breaker box and offered some repair options. He finished the repair in 30 minutes with professionalism and friendliness. He also answered some of my other electrical questions with clear explanations. Like the other reviewer said (I couldn't agree more so I just copied and pasted here): Jesse was very professional and knowledgeable and even was great with our yippy dogs 😬 lol. He is my go-to-electrician now :)

Jesse was wonderful and definitely worth the wait! He was always quick to answer our texts throughout the process, and when he came was patient with me for deciding exactly where to install the new light fixtures and had great suggestions and input! Will be our first call for future work!

We will never use another electrician. Koepke is the absolute best. Reasonable, easy to communicate with, efficient, etc. Jesse had a tough assignment at our house and did his research. He kept us posted every step of the way. He came highly recommended and we would do the same!
