I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Jacobson for the past 3+ years. He and his staff are friendly, helpful, and truly care for your pets. Would highly recommend!

Well for starters I was a client with this vet for over 2 years and he diagnosed my cat with diabetes and you would think that during an examination he would check his ears his teeth his heart rate temperature check the Normal thingsYou would expect a vet to do during an examination.RightWhoever reads this you agree with me right?Well come to find out after being in there or several timesjust two weeks ago taking him in because I thought something was wrong with him so I had him do blood work and stuff on himAndStillHe didn'tObviously check his teethOrAnyting because if he would have he would have told me that my cat's teeth or inflamed.My sister watched him when I was out of town for work for 2 months she took him to her vet come to find out he had an ear infection whichThis doctor should have caught the very first visitAnd even more soAfter he diagnosed him with diabetes he should have gave him a full exam.When I took himBack 2 weeks ago To find outif something else was going on with him I had to actually tell him to check his ears again because I noticed the black gooystuff in his ears were building up again. If I wouldn't haveTold him to look at his ears he wouldn't have. So for This doctor does not do his job properly or has best interest in your animalsWhen you pay a $50 examination fee you would expect an examination.No matter what you tell him you think might be going on with your cat he should still examine the cat from head to toe. I do not recommend anybody taken their animals to this doctor because he doesn't do what a vet should do as far as an examination.At first I thought he was a good doctor but the more I took my cat to himThe more I noticedThe poorQuality of work he was doing to my cat. I've been very happy with Dr. Jacobson's care of my 2 older dogs. He and the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

The staff at Jacobson Vet clinic are always friendly and do a great job when ever I bring my cat in for a check up. I rarely have to wait when I show up, and that is great because my cat hates her carrier. We are usually out in less that 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment.

Dr Jacobsen and his staff were very attentive to my dog and his needs. They listened to all my concerns and showed genuine care. Thank you so much!

Absolutely wonderful Dr. and team and the attention they give to my pups. Seeing that my dogs do not cry or shiver when we go there makes my heart happy. The staff greats and cares for them as if they were there own. I had a crisis puppy emergency, not only did Dr. J and the team give 110% but also followed up with progress of her. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, easy to work with, reasonable for sure! My dogs, although not comfortable with procedure or shots, are always excited and happy with the staff there. I trust their judge of character and the care given has proved more so.

Dr. Jacobson has been our primary care veterinarian for the last 3 years. We are so grateful to have someone who not only has high quality service, but who cares deeply for our pet. There were even times where Dr. Jacobson could not help us but went above and beyond to seek out referrals that were imperative to our pets survival. In addition, the staff at the front desk always make us feel special and they have bonded with our cat which makes our experience positive each and every time we are in. We love this clinic and would recommend!

Have gone to Jacobson for years now. As a kid with my parents and now as an adult with 3 dogs of my own! They are always quick, courteous, and able to answer any questions that I have! When one of our dogs was injured by a car I called around closing time and they were willing to stay open for us to fix her up. I will always be thankful for that!
