Jeremy from Hunt Irrigation was an expert in his advise and knowledge but more importantly, he was able to convey his knowledge of my entire sprinkler system in a manner that I will be able to replicate. He took the time to explain how to deal with potential future issues as well as offered referral contacts for jobs outside of his expertise. Recommend!

Called last week and spoke to a very rude staff member who sounded irritated that I was even calling or asking for help. Said I would get a call back within a day or two. One week later still no call. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful service, do not recommend if you actually want assistance. Update: Go with Lincoln Landscaping instead. Called and a very friendly person answered who promptly scheduled someone to come take a look TOMORROW. Glad there are much more professional and customer service oriented local companies! Update #2: I too would like a follow up call to resolve this because certain things you noted simply didn’t occur. How do I ensure I reach an actual staff member and not the answering service who was so annoyed by my call?

Glad the technician came to service/winterize my lawn system. Scheduled appointment in September & requested then to have a phone call 15-30 minutes before arrival. Always get the answering service to leave a message. Very rarely do they call back sooner than 36-48 hours. NO PHONE call to advise of person coming. Left message for reminder of date AND to call first but NO ONE returned my call. They came, did the work, and only this evaluation of services has notified me they were there and completed the work. I pay much too much money for poor customer service. May consider another irrigation company for spring of 2023.
