Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln Airport, an IHG Hotel

Overall our stay was good. The hotel was completely out of soap so we were unable to wash our hands with soap in our hotel all weekend. When we checked in there was a pill on our hotel floor (along with lots of human hair). When I confronted hotel staff they said, "oh no, that's not good" and did not fix the problem.

This hotel is just ok, not as clean as most HI Express hotels and the elevator is situated in a terrible spot and looks like a service elevator instead. The staff are not friendly AT ALL. No greetings, even when you greet them. No tissue in room, towels are poor, and the hotel was just average. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

They do not have daily refresh service, and they only had one washcloth in the room. No amenities to speak of in the room like tea, but there were two K cups. So if you are staying more than one day then you are out of luck. There is very little food options in the immediate area, except a McDonald's. Yes they offer breakfast but it's really limited and sad. This could be the result of COVID. Proximity to the airport is good, but you can be downtown in 10 minutes. No real benefit staying here.

Alicia made our stay amazing. Our company scheduler made some errors and Alicia fixed the problem, let us get to our rooms fast so we could rest for the next days work. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom roomy and well designed.

Overall a great location to stay in. The mattresses not to firm or soft so provided great comfort to rest, you’re in close proximity to multiple eatery options and event venues. It was very quiet and accommodating. The only issue we had was the shower curtain had brown stains and looked like mildew was on them and when we asked to check out at 12 the front desk clerk said we can’t do that I’ll give you until 11:30am. Your able to request a late check out so that was a little confusing, however we did what we were asked.
