Hertz Car Rental - Lincoln - O Street HLE

Wife and I had an unfortunate accident on our way to our honeymoon in Colorado. We were stranded outside of Lincoln with no way to get around. We got ahold of this Hertz and the lady who answered the phone was soo helpful. When we got there the two ladies got our full sob story and helped cheer us up by making the rental process quick and easy and with helpful info on local attractions. Wish I could remember the names of you two but thank you soo much!

First review I've ever written! I need rental vehicles often for business and have used other services. This was my first time renting with Hertz. I had a 4,000 mile work trip and they were wonderful and easy to work with. The car was great and the staff at the O street location were all super. Made the long trip so much easier. Will be switching to them permanently! Thank you!

Terrible management and doesn't take responsibility for their own mistakes. THEY messed up and now they hit ME with a collections report on my credit. They refuse to take care of the situation in a professional manner. I don't usually write negative reviews but this is what happens when you won't answer or return my calls so we can handle this.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with the O St Hertz. Excellent customer service, fair prices, incredibly easy to deal with, great car. I 100% recommend. I have had plenty of annoying experiences at Hertz locations in other cities but the Lincoln O St location is fantastic.

Same deal all over town...pretended to reserve a car for my ins co...but, no. Big surprise....it wasn't booked and no apology.

Great service and friendly staff. If I need to rent another vehicle it will be from them.

I give 3 stars because renting wasn’t an issue. They helped me out of a pickle that was made by Enterprise but they need to make sure to check the air pressure especially in low profile tires. This happened from a pothole. Now being a weekend I had to go to another Hertz location with a person who is all out of joint because she wasn’t expecting to actually have to work today.

they give you the cheapest car they can give you and charge you the same as if it were the nicest car which i requested and was willing to pay the difference but was told it was already reserved. Question is???? why am i not able to reserve a specific vehicle? we are talking about the 300S.

Amy at Hertz/Lincoln, NE gets the job done; Customer Service is her middle name. That said, cars are difficult to get these days. During the middle of a hard time, Amy at Hertz is one of the good parts of a series of unfortunate events that have left us without wheels. I recommend to friends.

We had a very positive experience at this Hertz location. From start to finish, Amy was very professional, friendly, and helpful. If we ever need a rental car again, we’ll definitely be back!
