I loved it! She did exactly what I asked for and it turned out sooooooo good! The nails were done beautifully! And she was so quick too! I did a walk in and was helped immediately 10/10 definitely coming back here again!

I had the beautiful Nacy today. She was incredibly nice, gentle, and considerate. She was vulnerable with me in expressing how hard it was to help open a nail salon during the pandemic. She moved me with her motivation and her pure talent and love for nails. She asked I write a review, which is something i normally don’t think of doing, and after hearing her and experiencing a great service, i couldn’t think of any other way to say thank you. The staff is also very nice, I was asked if i wanted beverages and even got super fast service and care as well. As for my nails, i LOVE them. I have been getting my nails done for 3 consistent years and I can with full confidence that my time with Nacy was one of the best times i’ve had at a nail salon. She is incredible! So talented! I will be coming back every few weeks for a fill. my experience was fantastic and I highly recommended you give them a try!

I have been going to this place for a while now and what made me keep going was how nice the place is and how gentle all of them are unlike other nail salons. Jenny is awesome she did an amazing job with my nails today and I definitely recommend!

I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails. I was greeted by many friendly faces, and was quickly sat in my chair. My nail artist, Jenny, suggested we try to do gel nails instead. She said they would cause less damage to my real nails and would last longer. However, after only having these nails for a day, they started to pop off. I called the salon, and they quickly got me a new appointment scheduled. They removed the gel nails, and replaced them with a full set of acrylics. Gel nails aren’t for everyone, and my artist was so friendly and you could tell she felt bad. Will be coming back here.

I’m currently sitting in one of their pedicure chairs with Kim doing my nails… THIS IS THE BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE AND IVE BEEN GOING TO SALONS FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD A TON! She is doing such a good job right now that I (a person who never writes a review) had to come on here to give this woman 5 stars! I’ve had lots of services done here since finding this place like 3-4 weeks ago and I think I’ll be a new regular! She massaged my feet so good for 10 minutes, so relaxing! I got a 45$ (I think) Pedi package and it’s amazing! This woman is so thorough in her work and everything salons have done that I liked during a pedicure she did! it was like all the best parts all in one place. Also I’m gonna add, usually my feet are so ticklish I kick and laugh but she was so gentle on my feet that it wasn’t ticklish and unpleasant! 10/10 GO HERE THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and last Sunday I came to heavenly for the first time ever and I had the best experience. Everyone there was so nice to me. Jenny did my nails and did the best job, the shape was perfect, the design was perfect and she was so sweet . 100/10 experience and will keep coming back to this salon and to jenny.

Absolutely loved it here! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! My sister and I went and we were very happy! We did the heavenly pedicure and it was AMAZING! Definitely worth every penny! Thank you ladies!

(See bottom for update) I don't typically leave negative reviews, but my experience here was less than stellar. I do not recommend Heavenly Nails. I should have known from the start that this visit would be a disappointment. When I tried to confirm my appointment via the link in my email, it said something went wrong and to call the salon. I called to make sure everything was set, and when I asked a question about the guest I was bringing, the receptionist laughed at me and said, "Oh, we don't need to know that information." It gave me a terrible feeling in my stomach, and I should have listened and cancelled my appointment. The website is confusing, and I feel like there are places where more explanation is needed. I booked the same thing for me & a guest and we had VASTLY different experiences and costs. I knew mine would probably be a little more expensive, since I was getting additional colors on my nails, but the end price was almost double what I booked. Nothing was explained to me during my visit. I have never had my nails done, and I had no idea what was going on. It was a lot of hitting and grabbing my hands and huffing at me to relax. I did not feel like I was wanted there, and my technician wasn't kind. The same experience happened with my guest. There was no explanation from the technician. They did not feel like they could speak up because of the forcefulness of the employee. I don't know if it is because I didn't want acrylics (I wanted regular polish on my natural nails) but the finished product is sloppy. There are nails that aren't completely covered, and the simple flower I requested is smudged. There's a huge glob of clear coat on one of my fingers, completely warping the shape of the nail. I was really excited to finally treat myself to a nice experience, but I had the opposite of that at this salon, and I do not think I will be returning. UPDATE: Yesterday (a week + 1 day after my appointment) I got out of the shower and noticed that the edges of all the colors were peeling??? Literally lifted off my nail (see photo). I was able to chip everything off with my other nails. Maybe I should consider myself lucky that this happened, considering how terrible the job was done from the start. But seriously…what nail polish chips off this severely in the shower?

I went here to get prepped for my wedding and have an absolutely fantastic experience! Nancy did my nails and she nailed it! I showed her my inspiration and she got it exactly. She made sure I was okay with every step of the process. It was sweet how much she wanted to make sure everything was perfect for my big day. Brittany did my eyebrows and did a fantastic job! She’s also super sweet and talkative so it just makes the process way easier. Barely any pain with the wax she used! Thuy did my pedicure and really took her time with my massage and pedicure. It was a wonderful day of pampering and will be recommending them to all!

I had a great experience here! I got a full set done by Jenny. She is a super sweet lady and did an amazing job with my nails. I like that they take care of you here and make sure you only get charged for what you ask for! Their prices are very reasonable and the salon is decorated so cute! I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends!
