Hampton Inn & Suites Lincoln - Northeast I-80

We arrived after 11pm. The room was ready and cooled off (90 degree day). Check-in was quick, very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and tasted wonderful.

Nice clean and friendly could be upgraded too phone entry to rooms guess will soon.

Poor sleep. Used the hot tub for 30 minutes before bed. Chlorine levels in hot tub were TOO high. My skin was irritated and burning all night. Ive taken 3 showers and a 40 min bath and my skin is still on fire!! Couldn't sleep. Front desk didn't care. Disappointed with service. Hotel is very nice But stay out of Hot tub so you can slerp through the night. Showerhead: low flow. Takes much longer to wash out the hair products than normal. Make sure you block off extra time. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn. I have another reservation in 2 nights in Greensburg PA. Hopefully it will be much better.

Asked for a 2 room suite and got a 1 room. It was fine just not what I'm used to.

We were delighted with this lovely hotel. Our room was clean and modern and we were especially happy that the bed and mattress were high quality and not old and cruddy like a lot of hotel chains. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was plenty even though we got there late. We decided to put out loyalty and dollars with Hampton Inn and Suites/Hilton and have since stayed in three of these hotels in different cities. All superb!

Everything was great, I was especially impressed with the young lady who handled the breakfast during my 3 day stay. Mickie, Nicki? Something along those lines. She was very hard working, never let anything run out and had great attention to detail. She was busy doing something the entire time I saw her over my stay. I hope you're taking good care of her, in today's job market good help is hard to find and I'd steal her in a minute.

Kim, Mickey and Tiara were superb at their jobs and with the customer. I have insomnia and Tiara was very, very patient with our multiple nightly interactions. Mickey did a great job with the breakfast every morning. The food was hot, tasty and excellent. Great job by all.

Front desk and breakfast room staff were fantastic. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and the location perfect as it was right off of I-80 and near many restaurants that offered carry-out. All staff members were masked and most customers were masked as well so that was a major bonus! I definitely suggest this hotel and would stay again. (We arrived late so some restaurants were closed, but the nearby Perkins is open late, offered contactless pick up and the food was delicious.)

It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and their travel bathroom products are Neutrogena. We would absolutely stay again. My only complaint was the bed wasn't the most comfortable.

I was on a road trip NY to Denver. A friend called ahead for availability and the front desk person couldn't have been more helpful. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe (a woman traveling alone) I walked in to the lobby and was greeted and taken care of. The hotel was very clean. The room and bathroom were beautiful and clean and updated. The breakfast was delicious and the person taking care of the breakfast area was actually enjoying her job and very caring about the food she was putting out. A great experience all around. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites. (the carpet is the cause for the 4 stars ...only recommendation for the hotel is that it's time to upgrade the carpets - start with the elevators) People reading this, ignore the carpets and have a great stay. The staff is wonderful. Thanks again for a great stay!
