Came to get hair cut, said it would have 25 mins took over a half hour, then when 2 or 3 other employees got done cutting hair they all went to the back for 10 mins leaving 1 person cutting hair. I will not come back, very disappointed

my hair was completely uneven, and i was given layers without being asked for. Went into cost cutters to get it fixed and they were amazed how uneven my sides were. defiantly won’t be coming back.

The lady that did my hair had a very positive attitude and was very nice. The cut was also very good.... Always looks great.

Depending on who you get, the haircut might be bad. Sometimes they do it perfectly, other times it would be absolutely garbage. other then that great service, very friendly and helpful

I gave them more than one chance, but unfortunately when I say “really thin out my hair” I’m not kidding.. they only take a little off at thinning and this last time I went the lady didn’t separate my hair by layers to cut it...she left all of it down and cut it straight across... now it doesn’t lay right or look right. So I’m taking my kids and myself some place different. No wonder they can’t people employed there..

Well, I went to get a haircut. A high and tight, and walked out like Jethro Gibbs. Nobody is able to get away from me now.... Better than James Bond..

great service friendly and chatty staff, which is always a plus. cut always comes out looking good. although sometimes i have to go home and touch up my sideburns with a razor since they sometimes are uneven.

I have only gotten poor haircuts here, I've received full blunt bangs after asking for a trim to the hair around my face. And after asking for a simple trim of my split ends I received chunky uneven ends that when straightened look like a 3 year old took safety scissors to my hair.

The place I visit for all of my haircut needs. The only downside is that they're usually somewhat understaffed and busy, and that gets a lot of complaints. That is why making an appointment is a thing. Definitely my favorite hair place and I'll be visiting again soon.
