First time and last time going here. I utilized the online check-in it estimated 20mins. I show up promptly and the gal at the front desk says it will be just a couple minutes and I see my name is next on the list. I sit down and wait. I continue to wait an additional 25mins while someone who wasn't even on the list got their haircut before me. The only good thing about my visit is the other gal who cut my hair did a good job. But I will not be returning to a Great Clips again the nearly 1hr in total I had to wait for a 10 minute haircut is absurd.

An ok place to get a haircut. They are fast and can get your hair cut in record time, but do not pay attention to detail, the hard part between the hair on my sides and the hair on the top I recieved today was crooked and unclean. The lady that cut my hair didnt seem to notice. When she asked me what I thought of my haircut, I wasnt pleased, but was afraid if she tried to clean it up that she would just make it worse since she really didnt seem like she understood how to make a clean line. Not going back, but for people that dont really care about the details, it is a quick place to go.

I'm currently going through some Chemo treatments and found out about this awesome program that Great Clips has to help Chemo patients. They gave me my first haircut for free. They were so polite, what a great program. God Bless and Thank You
