Always great place to get my son's hair cut the ladies there are polite and know how we like his haircut plus it's nice to make an appointment online which is a nice way of getting it done faster

I loved the check-in ahead of time on the app - I could see exactly how long it would be until I got a haircut in and didn't have to sit there for 30+ minutes. However, my haircut wasn't that great, so I probably won't go back.

Went with no appointment and got in right away. Stylist didn't introduce herself nor was she very pleasant at first. Asked her to take off 3 inches and at first she trimmed. Asked her to take off another inch and again, barely took anything off. Ended up with a trim because she didn't really seem like she wanted to cut more. I made more of an effort to talk and she was pleasant. Wasn't the best experience and a waste of money. It will likely be better next time, but still very frustrating because I still need a haircut. She did a great job layering, I have blonde hair and she knew what she was doing. But still, I don't get understand why she was so adamant in not cutting off what I requested.
