Our waiter was wasted. WASTED! When he was serving us and had to come back 5 times for our order. So not professional especially if your waiters can drink on the clock. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Got our Luke warm beer. Then our barely warm food. After my husband was done eating it took another 35 minutes for bill and a to go box. Saw our server when we ordered and dropped off the check. If food would have better then maybe another chance to try it again But I think we'll pass .

Our party was two couples. The waiter was friendly had a lot of energy. He took our drink order which is just waters brought them to the table promptly. Said he would bring out some flatbread appetizers also said they weren't very busy in the food would be out promptly. 15 minutes later appetizers weren't there nor was our food and the waiter hadn't visited us since then either. We stopped him he said be right on that. 30 minutes later he finally returned with a flatbread saying that the kitchen got backed up from some catering orders. 10 minutes later our food arrived. The booth was modestly comfortable ambient music was okay. That's the longest I've ever waited to get our food or for a waiter to even revisit our table. It wasn't until 2 and 1/2 hours later when we're almost about to leave that he noticed our waters were all empty. My food was okay could have been better but overall this place feels like they don't have their s*** together. You'll get better service and even food at McDonald's or Burger King then this place.

We ordered the wings, a salad via door dash tonight. The food was awful. I'm very disappointed in the food. The wings tasted like spoiled meat. The salad was brown we spoiled lettuce. I will never eat at Granite City again. In MN Granite City is a nice spot for a bite. In NE, they are awful. Don't waste your time eating at Lincoln Granite City.

Can't say enough good about them. Staff-very friendly. Food-very good. Quick service. A place that wants your business and will earn it by actions.

Man, what a great brunch my family just had! Marshan, our server, was full of energy, super friendly, and paced our experience perfectly. Prime rib was on point, cut nicely against the grain. The soup was excellent, and the whole atmosphere of the place was happy and bustling. Simply an excellent experience from the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we left. Cheers!

Guys, this has been one freaking amazing experience. The waitress, Tayler, and the manager, Shane, were such amazing people to speak to. The food was top notch, music fantastic, the atmosphere... perfect. Come here. Always. We will!

This was my first time to Granite City since they opened their new restaurant. It certainly doesn't disappoint. It's beautifully designed with tasteful decor. We were immediately greeted and sat. Both the hostess and our server were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had their Sunday morning buffet. Delicious variety of food. Everything from pastries, fruit, typical breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. They have an omelet station with prime rib. The hashbrown casserole is delicious and you can't pass up their cinnamon rolls. The manager stopped by to make sure everything was excellent. He introduced himself by name and was very personable. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

I worked here for a year in college and the management used to be very strict and regimented about service and cleanliness. Every time I have come recently the dirty dishes piled at the bar ruin the experience.

Great food, they could handle a busy rush well. Service was nice. Good family atmosphere.
