They were awesome. Fixed my vehicle, painted,vacuumed, and cleaned my floor mats, and kepted me up to date with text messages daily. Felt like a new vehicle when I got in.

Work was good and they were very willing to work with me on waiting to pick the car up a few days. Only complaint is they immediately ordered parts and based work off of only what insurance would cover and did not ask if I would want damaged but uncovered parts replaced.

My daughter came in to get a back door replaced after someone backed into it while she was parked. The insurance company sent her here. The technician hit her gear select and broke it. They even admitted it when she picked up the car with tape holding the button on. They said they would fix it then told her they couldn't get the parts and pushed epoxy in it making the button utterly useless and unable to change gears. Not to mention the fact they tried to take advantage of a young woman by claiming it was existing damage and glue from a previous repair failed. Unfortunately for them my daughter had pictures from when she picked the car up and when the button fell out again. Once the existence of pictures was mention they decided to try their hair brained idea of pouring a liquid into a hole on the side of a gear selector. I wonder if that is taught in any of the trade schools. Now there is so much epoxy in the shift lever a full replacement of the lever is required once she finds a competent shop. I want to thank you though. I've told my daughter her entire life people only care about themselves and will take advantage of you any chance they can make a dollar or save a minute. She didn't believe me, until here first fender bender, damage caused by a clumsy tech, a poor attempt to hide the problem, A poorer attempt to fix the problem, and let's not forget... it was already broken and, the abrupt change of mind about failed past repairs once the pictures were mentioned.

Had to have 2 doors replaced due to an accident. This is the friendliest and most professional body shop I think I've ever worked with. They keep you updated with estimates and progress. They also coordinate the pick-up'/delivery of your rental car if you had to use one. I left sunglasses in my car by accident; they called me and saved them for me.

I am very impressed with every interaction and person at Glenn’s Carstar. They communicated along the process, were fast, and kind. They ordered a rental car for me when the insurance company forgot. The their Bodywork looks perfect.

Glenn's finished my car in less time than expected and did a wonderful job. I've used them twice and have been very pleased each time. Plus, they give a lifetime guarantee on their work. They also detailed my car, which was a bonus surprise. It's a service you never really want to need (repairing your car), but I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My insurance, Geico, suggested that I take my vehicle here. I Left my vehicle there for nearly a month to get a door, rocker panel, and hood replaced. I got it back and there were multiple issues, including bubbling in the paint, deep scratches around the repair area, electrical issues, and rattling. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

The workmanship was exceptional. I love my car and was very pleased with the quality of work. Also, Amber the customer service lady was awesome.

Excellent customer service! Glenn’s came highly recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint! We had body work done for the rear end of my Ford Fusion. Left rear bumper, trunk, back door. They replaced all parts damaged and painted, as expected. Hassle free to say the least! They handled everything with my insurance (past the initial incident reporting.) I had to wait a few weeks to get my car in to be fixed but it was completed 3 business days earlier than we were initially told it would take. Also, they cleaned my whole car. Inside and out. Even the AC vents were beautifully cleaned. Will definitely use this place again if ever the need arises! Very happy!
