We had a patio and walkway installed. The patio sinks in both corners by the house leaving roughly 5 sf of water pooling in each corner and a low spot in the center. All the underground drains he installed had to be redone. All the walkway edging had to be redone as it wasn't close enough to the blocks leaving weeds to grow and the stones to move. Walkway tilts toward the house in places after the discussion about having it drain away from the house. Repeated emails, texts and phone calls go unanswered. This was to be guaranteed for a year.
