Had live animals shipped to me and the driver got my delivery wrong, so now I have to wait to pick them up until evening. Possibility of them dying and losing money because their drivers are incompetent.

Our service has been excellent. We had a young woman delivering. She was pleasant & friendly. The dogs knew her and were always glad to see her. Recently, they reassigned her to some other route. The whole neighborhood misses her. How do we get her back?

Very helpful staff. Just cost an arm and a leg for next day delivery.

Claimed my package was out for delivery and expected by 7pm. Around 2-3 o'clock neighbor got a grill delivered. Still no package delivered to me. Get an email that it was a delay delivery scanned @ 614 pm then scanned back @ facility around 630. B.s. I work for usps and we are not supposed to bring pkgs back to office until truck is empty. Zero Stars for Fedex

Oh my goodness, these ladies saved me! I appreciate their willingness to locate a time-sensitive package for me. Also, be nice to all service employees. They deserve your respect and kindness.

Ordered live lobsters from Maine, original delivery by 12:00 Priority Overnight but they changed that to “sometime before the end of day”, they have been in town riding on a truck since 8:00 am. I need to drive 5 hour and cook the for a party but if they don’t make it by 2:00 is a no go and they will probably all be dead and not be able to be cooked. Can’t talk to a human at FedEx. I’m very disappointed!

Ordered a triple bunk bed online and live on the third floor. Driver just left half of the order leaning against the building on the first floor/parking lot, that was the first day. The second day he did the same thing, never even notifying me that it was "delivered". Worst delivery service possible.

Quick and easy, and the employee I worked with was very helpful. I was using a pre-paid label, but didn't have an envelope. I really appreciate being able to use theirs without having to buy it!

Extremely helpful fast service informative and overall pleasant shipping experience, with friendly and professional associate handling receiving. Very helpful hours being open until 7pm. One improvement this business could make is to add printing services, so be sure to have your labels printed prior to visiting the location. Called Walmart and FedEx they both said my package was delivered. No package was ever delivered no picture was taken and when I called for customer service they told me they could not help me. I'm done with FedEx that's how they treat their customers between them and Walmart somebody stole my $300 TV stand
