I came in for my package a couple of weeks ago. They said I have the wrong location. The person working was very rude to me being condescending and sarcastic like I'm dumb or something. I don't know what his position is there but I will NEVER do business with this company EVER again!! He did not say his name. He had arm tattoos and was wearing a black rock band t shirt.

Difficult to deal with and get scheduling. They can't tell you if you have a shipment pickup/dropoff. They just expect you to be able to pay someone to watch a loading dock all day.

They're great at shipping. Their drivers can be somewhat pushy on the road. And their packages aren't always delivered to the right places.
