Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lincoln Southeast

Fast check-in and check-out. Conveniently located across a Walmart and small shopping center and very close to my office. No bottled water provided in rooms. Cleaning only happens every 3 days or upon request. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Small gym, but convenient and it has all the basics including towels. Small pool which doesn't look so clean. Pretty good breakfast included, better quality than what's offered in other hotels of equivalent. Staff is nice but not overly friendly. Clean premises. Easy parking.

The location and first appearance were great. I'm giving this a low rating because of a negative experience and lack of response. There were drainage issues in the shower. The water took forever to drain and went about 3in deep whenever somebody showered. It was so unsanitary. After the first shower, coffee grains came up the drain. We stayed 2 nights and the draining issue in the shower lasted the entire stay for all 4 showers. When I reported it to the desk, the only response that I received was "Okay" and she didn't seem to act like it was a real issue. It was disgusting. We will not be staying there again. This is not up to the Marriott standard.

It was fine right up to the point that you started clearing snow at 4:30 am outside my window with a loud vehicle and an “excited to get it done” driver. Snow clearing is important but maybe next to a building full of sleeping people your owner should invest in a snow broom rather than their guests having to listen a revving engine and a snow blade across cement as their premature wake up call. Besides that, clean rooms. Housekeeping did a fantastic job! Doors to the rooms all slam, but that seems to be a Fairfield standard. Ours did at the one I worked at too.

First time staying at this location. Clean nice room. Plenty to do nearby.

This hotel was on point in many areas. The pool was warm (many we've stayed at have a freezing cold pool) for my son. The pillows were excellent and did not collapse laying on them. Rooms and main areas were clean!

My boyfriend and I booked 2 rooms at once and asked via chat for them to be connecting rooms, right after booking. They responded simply with “Thanks for letting us know,” and when we showed up at the hotel they had our rooms on 2 completely different floors. Additionally, they were playing music in the entryway and lobby. I’m walking into a hotel, not a Walmart.

This hotel is in a great location, it’s very clean and well-kept. The BREAKFAST had so many options and the dining area felt so comfortable and spacious. Beds were really comfortable and the shampoo/conditioner wasn’t the cheap stuff!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I interacted with 4 different staff members while there, and every one of them were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, hot, and there was a great variety of food. No regrets here!

Good location for us. Nice lobby and good breakfast. Our room was somewhat worn. Super ugly mint chip carpeting. Road noise fr Hwy 2. Still no daily maid srv so had to beg for clean towels.
