Would not recommend this company as they are unreliable. First off had to call multiple times for a confirmation email which I still never got only a verbal “yes we have you down”. Next on the day that I booked this for my husbands 30th the bus breaks down with no back ups available. Seemed eerily similar to my 21st when the same thing happened, it’s been awhile ago but I would put money on it that this was the same company and I somehow managed to book them twice. So moral of the story if you have an event and want a reliable party bus to come through for your big day don’t make my mistake and go through a different company.

We hosted 19 kids on a Polar Express Christmas light tour. The cookies and hot cocoa were a special touch! Andrew did a great job accommodating all requests and was very patient and fun! The kids are already asking when they can go again! I would definitely recommend Elite!! Fantastic experience!

I booked with Elite a few months in advance and although emails took a few days it never bothered me. I could have called just as easily and Im sure it would have been handled just as well. We got an email a few days before the party and let us know our driver would be Nate and we were confirmed with the Malibu bus. Nate was more then accommodating all night long. We hit a couple small town bars south of Lincoln and had a good time at both. Everyone was having such a good time on the bus we actually just drove around for the last portion of the night. If I had anything not great to say it would only be that the bathroom toilet seat was broke off and on the floor before we got on and after the bus had left I noticed a massive amount of brake, hydraulic fluid or oil had leaked out on to the road at the end of my driveway. Obviously not a big deal but a mess I had to clean up the next day with some good ol kitty litter. All in all it was an awesome night and I was told over and over how much fun the group had. Cant wait to book are next one and just drive around the whole time!

Had a blast. Company was easy to work with. Great price, especially considering they drove two hours to our small town. Bus driver was awesome. Would definitely go through them again. ————— 8/15/2021 - Just used this company again for my birthday party bus this weekend. Had an absolute blast and again they were super easy to work with. Our driver Nate was awesome - he recommended a great bar to stop at and was super flexible when we decided to stay out longer than planned. 10/10 - use this party bus company!

Great value with extremely clean buses. Nate went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Will definitely be booking with them again.

I had my 23rd birthday on one of their buses in Mid September! It ended up being a blast. Although there were a few minor issues along the road I think it just happened to be a poorly planned trip on both parts. I do know they are short staffed, but it would have been nice to have had better communication for an event I’m paying so much money for. My driver contacted me a couple nights before the party. I felt a little frustrated as I had texted him my bar plans prior to pick up and as I was enjoying the night on the bus, I kept getting stopped through out the drive to come forward to the bus and tell him where to go. I felt that I was missing my time to make sure the driver could figure out what to do. He was also driving very quickly which only felt so noticeable with how much things were sliding around on the bus, it definitely was a little uncomfortable because he seemed to be rushing. There were a few friends that couldn’t seem to make it to the bus before our next stops which was understandable from the driver’s perspective to be on time, however I did book the bus till 2 and I felt put down and frustrated for trying to get my group on the bus after bar hops, to which he would say “I’m leaving that’s too bad”. My driver stated multiple times as the time was nearing the end that he was tired and “just wanted to go home” and that “ we needed to hurry”. I have booked in the past and definitely can have some fun (rowdy) friends, so I do appreciate the patience! I also booked a smaller bus online and when he arrived it was the larger bus I was interested in before I had booked!! Awesome! Definitely would book again, but my driver didn’t seem to enjoy his night much at all :( I wanted to come back on and update my review because they handled it so well! I was offered a partial refund and discount for my next trip. The man I spoke with was very kind and understanding about the situation and I wish more issues with businesses could be as simple!

My group and I had an amazing time with Nate as our driver and I had a great experience working with the company to book our bus. Because the Nebraska weather had its own plan for my original date we had to cancel the bus, but Elite was helpful in getting me rescheduled on the same bus for a new date. Our driver, Nate, was funny and worked well with our group. We had 45 people, which is a large group, and there were no complaints! We did a small town bar crawl. He was a great driver and was able to take us to an additional bar that he had a connection to. I was impressed with his professional attitude that also adjusted to the fun environment and 45 20-somethings. He was also helpful at the end of the night to finish everything on a smooth note. I know Elite has been short-staffed recently, along with the rest of the world, but their professionalism still shines through. We did have some fines attached to our ride, which is part of the terms of the rental and I completely understand why, but Elite still was respectful when telling me about them. They were transparent; I appreciated that because some other companies would just charge you and provide no explanation. If I ever need to book a party bus again, I will definitely be contacting Elite and requesting Nate!

I rented the Aspen party bus for my daughters wedding party, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would do so. Armando was our driver and he was fantastic, he contacted me ahead of time so we could go over everything. The whole experience was great.
