Costco Wholesale

My daughter and I was at the Lincoln location over the weekend. "Noah" was such a help when I purchased a bedroom set. He changed out the dresser box so it was pristine since it would be a 2 hour drive home, helped with the over-ride since I had to increase a higher purchase limit on my Bank Card, and later was awesome at helping 2 women secure all the boxes into the pickup that neither of use knew how to do very well. Customer services like his has customers coming back! Thank you so much Noah! -Gretchen & Alissa

I ran in for just a couple items and because they were closed yesterday for the holiday and folks had the day off, the lines were frighteningly long... but those tremendously long lines moved super fast & I got out of there in a quarter of the time I had expected. Thanks to the efficient staff!

This wholesaling store while it has an interesting selection of products doesn't have anything that I actually need. I wish they had a guest pass system, so you can go in pay 5% more should you choose anything then keeping everything hidden with an air of mystery.

I called Costco and asked a simple question, do you have a one day visit so I could just see what the store sells. I have never been in a Costco store, so I even said I would not buy anything, but NOPE can’t get in with out a membership. I am not paying for something I know nothing about. So I just payed my Sams membership for another year.

I love the store and the staff, but tried to call someone to ask about a refund that was supposed to be put back on my debit card is impossible!!! First I waited on Line and then to a recording and then phone Rang only to hear that the mail box is full. Then I called the administrative got transferred to member ship had opinions again got the deli who then transferred me to membership again actually got some one who transferred me again to membership and just got the phone ringing for around a minute and then they hung. Very frustrating!!!!!!!

Great products, that's why I keep coming here. I bought a $900 casper bed and I like it more than my $9000 sleep number. You can trust your not getting ripped off here

never have i waited longer at an auto place. only had one single option of tires to fit my car. waited 3 hours to be told they only have that one $200 per tire option then proceeded to wait another fifty minutes standing at the desk for them to put my tire back on and give me my keys. longest four hours of my life, never plan on going back to costco for any auto service. would not recommend if you value your time.

I just want to say, every interaction I've had with you're employees up to this point have been wonderful, but the other day. I was ordering from the Food court area and when approaching a employee at the front named Jose I believe? he was the most disrespectful person I've dealt with, first he refused to give me a straw stating they were out then when I asked on a time frame for food he stated "you'll get it when its done" or you can walk over there and get a refund and pointed to the front of the store. then walked away. then not only that as im still up front confused, he walks to the back and just sits down while the other employees are running around working trying to keep up with a obvious high number of orders. The ONLY reason I'm not leaving 1 star is because whomever the female employee that took over for him, was wonderful, and gave me a straw that was right behind the counter... in front of where he was standing! as well as gave me a time frame on my food. I honestly can't believe this is allowed?? and the way his coworker took over its obvious its common behavior. hopefully this is handled.

I have always had good experiences at Costco. Even during the great toilet paper crisis at the beginning of the pandemic. I know they don't always stock the same items. You run the risk of falling in love with a product and find out they don't carry it anymore on your next visit. Since I know that is a possibility going into it, I've learned not to fall in love so easily. I don't think that my heart has been hardened by this experience, but I do now know not to wear my heart on my sleeve. I never knew Costco would give me a life lesson about love, but here we are. I've worked retail, and I know how thankless it can be. I can tell when a staff enjoys being at their place of employment. They do good work and are super helpful. That describes the Costco staff perfectly. The staff have always been upbeat and positive. The store has always been clean. I'm looking forward to buying plenty more bulk items in the future. Especially the toilet paper. I need it. I can't stop going to Taco Bell.

We were in race with 'ole man winter' to buy and install a worthy set of all season tires for our son's return drive to CO. Purchased a couple of evenings ago, have installed the next day while being the last on a 11person waiting list; after the out of stock order arrived around 3:00pm. Alex and a two man service crew stayed past normal work hours to complete the job in a professional manner. Alex was courteous and understanding during our conversations. Our son was far more comfortable with new rubber on the ground. Much appreciated. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. PS. Mike has arrived.
