Cost Cutters

Went in because everywhere else had wait times over an hour, I have never had someone shave my sides and back of my head so fast. I tried trusting the process as I usually do but upon inspection, my fade is not lined up at all. There are patches everywhere. With each guard used the transitions are zig zagged. I got tired of taking an hour to cut my own hair, so I started going to a barber again and each time I realize why it is a mistake. She is a very nice lady but the attention to detail and speed she cut my hair was not proper . I spent 30 dollars on a 15 minute hair cut that has me severely disappointed and upset. Self image is important fr most people. Not sure she took that into consideration.

Won't have anyone else help me but Kim. She is great. Love her to pieces. Just like most businesses, they need more help.

Kim Olsen is the best! She is an expert with OLAPLEX! She is kind and has a great sense of humor. I love my highlights, trim, and blowout.

Came in for a back to school hair cut because we couldn’t get into our barber. It was quick and doesn’t look good. She didn’t even style it at the end of the haircut or put any product in. Don’t recommend. Pay $5 more and go to a barber or wait until you can get in. Don’t waste your money. Won’t do this again.

Worst experience ever. They told me they don’t do appointments and to just stop in. There system said it would be about 14 minute wait. 35 minutes later a stylist gets free and they grab their keys and leaves. I will gladly pay an extra $20 at a competitor that wants my business and treats their customers well.

Tried to call and make an appointment as suggested on their website, but was informed that they did not take appointments for haircuts. When I arrived at the time I had requested (6:00 pm ), I was told it would be 45 min-1 hour, and they were not taking any more clients for today. That is EXACTLY what I was trying to avoid by scheduling an appointment ahead of time. So I left without a haircut, and I will NOT be back!! Thanks for nothing!

Easy access lot, well stocked products. However the wait times seem inconvenient, only 2 people working and one was only there for an hour as a fill in, handful of chairs, only 2 workers. Probably could have used 3-4 workers for the amount of people that came and left because of wait time

Ashley has always given me a cut I am happy with. She is knowledgeable about products when I ask her to guide me towards solving hair concerns. She is also very kind and personable.

My 10 year old son received an unsatisfactory haircut on Saturday. We stopped in today to see if they could try to fix it. Becky graciously got us in right away and spent 30-45 minutes perfecting it. My son feels much better about how it looks (picture day is Monday). Thank you for your exemplary service.. we truly appreciated it!!
